UPDATED REVIEW: TO RESPOND THE 5MONTH LATE RESPONSE BELOW THE WOMAN I SPOKE TO SPOKE TO SENIOR MEMBERS OF THE TEAM. IT WAS NOT HER DECISION. ALSO THE ISSUE WAS NOT RESOLVED. THE NEW SAMPLES CAME WEEKS AFTER THE INITIAL ORDER SO I SHOPPED ELSEWHERE. I purchased 3 samples of fabric fot £1 each and they did not arrive. Royal mail claim it has not been received by them. The hemp shop claim it was collected from them and until royal mail said they had lost it they could do nothing. This could take weeks so i asked if they could not resend the tiny samples? They said no. I said i would understand if i had placed a huge order but these were 3 tiny squares of fabric that would go in any envelope normal postage. I explained i needed them so i could order large quantities of the fabrics but still they refused. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! ALL THIS FOR £3 OF SAMPLES! I would now NEVER order a huge quantity of fabric from them. I also see i am not the only one giving 1 star

I ordered 5L of organic hemp oil. Excellent service - delivered earlier than expected.
The hemp oil, which I use in my special smoothies, is VERY nice. A very nice taste, & it's not as overpowering as some others I've tried. Love it!

I am very grateful to the Hemp Shop for sending a replacement product as soon as I wrote to them about a problem with a previous order. They didn’t need to but they went above and beyond so I am very thankful.
