Said item was in stock. Emailed me later to say item was no longer available but would let me buy a similar item that cost more than double the price for 5% off. They still showed the item I ordered as available. Trying to bait and switch.

Actually and factually this is completely inaccurate. Yes we were out of stock in what you ordered which was the Alkali RPD Quantum Senior Inline Hockey Girdle Small/Medium @ a price if 39.99 and are STILL out of stock. We then offered you the RPD Visium girdle in Sr Sm/Med @ the price if 59.99 with a 10% off not a 5% off since it was available and in stock. It was not more then Double the price or 5% off as you stated. If we had it in stock why wouldnt it be sold to you, We offer what we have in stock and try to offset some of the cost by offering a discount like many other companies do. Great customer service regarding my online order! There was an issue with the availability of skates that I ordered. They let me know immediately and recommended upgrade with a discount.
