I had an issue with a scent I didn't order and honestly wasn't happy with. I reached out to customer service and had a quick response.
Thank you to Ryan, for helping me out and correcting the issue. Making it right. And sending me a new bottle of my liking.

I had to make a sudden order change due to the hasty shopping I did on their site, but that was more so my fault, because when you see what they offer, what reasonable person WOULDN’T try and buy as much as they could? I contacted the customer service team directly for an order change promptly after I had ordered, and sure enough, I received a response back IN LESS THAN A DAY. You’re not going to find much faster response timing than that. I was also able to add the 3 fantastic “best seller” scents as I was checking out, and I added them anyways, 3 bottles for $45, get back to me when you think of something better to invest in. Now I am expecting all 7 unique flavors to my doorstep sooner rather than later, and I couldn’t be paid to have it any other way, exceptional customer service, prompt responses, and overall wonderful brand representation, God bless the House of KLONE team, His peace be with you, and thank you once again for the absolutely outstanding interaction overall.

So I ordered 8 bottles and really liked half of them, the others not so much. I was happy HOK consumer service worked with me and sent me new products free of charge! FYI fer sure don't sleep on the the Dark Addiction, Aero Blue, Visionary, Auralius as they are super fire 🔥

Guys I ordered some fragrances and the order received was not correct but their customer service responds right away and even though they haven’t rectified the situation yet I have faith that they will soon I’m so happy about their communication so far hopefully this gets cleared up soon.

I had order 3 scents and one of them I have all the versions of the original as they are my favorite. However the one I received I wasn’t too happy about and Steven at customer service was quick and very professional in responding and resolving my concern. For that reason I went ahead and ordered more product. Because let’s face it when you find a great company that takes care of their customers you’re happy to be using their product. Plus the scents I’ve ordered have been amazing.

So far my only experience is with customer service and that's why I'm giving 5 stars. I reached out because tracking was stalled and received a reply promptly with up to date info on my shipment. That being said, I think shipping is taking a bit too long which is a little concerning for me but once I have the actual product in my possession I will leave another rating regarding quality and authenticity of the fragrance experience

DO NOT ORDER FROM HOK!!! YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ORDER!! And customer care is none existent! Dreadful. Never using again. AVOID LIKE THE PLAQUE

I accidentally put the wrong mailing address and emailed the company. Within minutes I received a email saying my mailing address has been updated. I love the fast response

Packaging was horrible. All four of my bottles broke. However, I have been in contact with Steven and he has issued a new replacement order. I am very happy with customer service.

Purchased an item and I added the wrong address. I contacted them and right away they were able to update my shipping address;it was fast,accurate and extremely professional. Very satisfied with the whole experience.

Sent one wrong scent and immediately fixed the situation with no hassle and quickly I loved the scents and will be shopping with them again and the visionary is absolutely phenomenal top tier

So far the fragrances have been very good and solid and I had one charge issue but they responded within a couple of hours with my response and solution. More than i can say for Klone fragrances, I have been waiting for a response for a week from them for a missing bottle..

Shipping can be a little extended with customs but all in all a worth while buy! I have 5 different scents from HOK!
