Nothing is a problem
I failed to click on the home delivery option and only realised that I had selected pick up from shop when I got the confirmation . I contacted these guys who quickly corrected my mistake and shipped the goods to me free of charge . Subsequently I got a personal video message apologising for an issue with their website & iPhones . That was great customer care and I very much appreciated the gesture . Be assured these guys will help you out with anything.
