Extremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service. Ordered an item and the order was never shipped, weeks after arguing with customer service, they finally agreed to send the order. Once arrived a month later, the item was incorrect- the item I ordered was $80 and this was a $14 item. They refused to send me the correct item until I had sent the incorrect item back, which to this day I am still waiting. Do not recommend shopping with this company whatsoever.

Tried to return a faulty skirt, they refused, and then proceeded to send me an email advising if I wanted to take things further, I should seek legal advice!!! I ordered size US 7 and there wasn’t any cm information on the website. Following then the universal size guide this size means ~24cm lengh. However the shoes has 26.5cm and didn’t fit me. They didn’t considered it as a fault and didn’t provide a refund. So, buying in this store is like a Russian Roulette. Don’t do it

Stay away from The Iconic,damaged clothes
Stay away from The Iconic. They used to be okay but lately their quality is just shocking.
I ordered a blazer & dress from a brand called Lakeyo. The items arrived packed in a small bag, the size that is usually used for garments such as underwear.
Both items are damaged showing permanent folds and creases. They look so hideous and because of how indented the Folds are in the fabric, not even dry cleaning will get rid of them plus I don't want to pay to dry clean an item that is supposed to be new.
Seriously, just the idea of jamming 2 items into such a small bag was already bad but in top of that, the Iconic says that their partner "Lakeyo" had sold me the item after a prolonged time in their warehouse that caused all the damage to the fabrics.
I request a refund and this is their answer "These are both under clearance, there's a reason why they are on clearance, because its been in the warehouse for extended period of time, as a result there are folds."
So pretty much, they are selling items that have defects or are faulty without describing the actual condition in their website.
The third item of this Iconic order is also damaged with a hole in the wais / seam.
Previously, I had an entire order sent with the wrong items.
Not sure what's going on with The Iconic but it is unacceptable that they refuse to provide a refund even when the pictures I have sent, shown how damaged the clothes are.
My consumer rights voided just like that...

Really happy with my first shopping experience here. Got my Ella Baché products at a great discount, they were well packed and quick to despatch. I placed my order on Monday afternoon and it was in my mailbox on Tuesday morning, even though I live in a rural area where things usually take a few days at least. Couldn't be more impressed and will definitely shop here next time I need cosmetics.

I’m really shocked at all the bad reviews on here, I absolutely love the iconic! I would choose to do all my online shopping here if I could, their shipping and returns are just so easy, I’ve always had a great experience with customer service and they do great sales. Love them!

I have been a long time customer of Iconic but have not received a response from Support in months after regular attempts to contact. They sent the wrong shakes and I just want to replace them...
90 minutes I’ll never get back
Spent 90 minutes on the website shopping and trying to pay using ultimate gift cards. Iconic does not allow split payments. Total waste of time. Support left me when I still needed help.
The website is slow and lags
The website is slow and lags, it just puts you off shopping or even browsing and no it’s not my internet or devices as I’ve tried multiple options and it’s just SLOW
Never pay for delivery
Never pay for delivery. I put in the right address which was a parcel locker at my local post office.
Their courier said the address was wrong and disappeared. When I chatted to a customer rep, Arnold, he said that that courier doesn’t deliver to parcel lockers and apologised.
I paid 15 bucks extra to get it that day and Arnold said he’d get back to me and never got back to me and my subsequent efforts to get a refund or to locate my item were simply ignored.
Their working hours are on at the moment and they’ve just ignored me.
Even when they admitted fault they still don’t help. I’ll never use their service again. You may get your item or you may not. And when you don’t they don’t bother to help you at all.
So I’m out of pocket and I don’t have my item that I paid extra to get on a specific day. Now I won’t get it at all or for days after. Don’t take the chance. Their customer service sound like bots and just say weak, fake things and it’s clear they don’t care about their customers.

Tried to purchase a tote bag for a gift, allowed 2 weeks for it to arrive. I was sent the incorrect item THREE times. Yes, the exchanges were prompt, however at the end of 2 weeks I had no tote bag. I gave up and asked for a refund. Was absolutely furious to see that not one person managed to identify that the bag I received (a small handbag of the same brand) was the same as the one they resent me THREE times. Idiots.
Received the completely wrong item
Received the completely wrong item - size 6 pink and red dress instead of size 12 white pants….i followed the directions and sent back on the 21st Feb 2025. It’s now the 12th March. Aus post have lost item and all the iconic can say is I have to wait 15 business days. Item is clearly lost. It was there mistake how can you mix up the items that badly! Good customer service would of sent out the correct item once they received the aus post notification but it seems the iconic don’t have a clue what that is.

Disgraceful experience
Bought shoes - they sent two different sizes. I returned, been a month and still waiting on response. Out of pocket and no shoes. Bought another pair in another transaction - same thing, they sent two different sizes for the one pair. I would not shop from them unless prepared to do your money. Wish I had of read the other reviews first.
Horrific experience
I ordered an item and the incorrect size was sent. I asked about this and they told me I had in fact ordered the incorrect size: I have a confirmation email to say I had the correct size ordered. I placed an exchange and received the same incorrect size. They again had the cheek to say I’d ordered the incorrect size again. I’ve contacted customer services who have continued to gaslight me and have offered no advice apart from send it back. I have asked again and again to speak to a manager with no avail. Never again. Be warned they are as bad as all these reviews
The customer service is disgusting
The customer service is disgusting. I purchased an expensive skirt that clearly has a manufacturing fault. They were not interested in assisting me with a credit and instead sent me legal jargon as to why they were NOT obligated to accept my return. Even though it still has tags and in original condition. Then advised that if I wished to take things further I could aquire legal representation. OMG.....Very intimidating response from Customer service. As a long time customer, this experience has changed my mind about ever purchasing from them again.
