Just got my macbook pro M1 back after it had completely stopped turning on, I took it to apple first but they were just going to change the motherboard and I was going to loose all my data and it was going to cost nearly £1000... so i tried Infinite loop not only did they fix the problem for less than half the price I lost NO data and they kept me in the loop the whole time, this was very reassuring and everything was carried out exactly as they promised.
I cant recommend them enough and I will definitely use them, again.

I had a great experience with Infinite Loop. They repaired my MacBook Pro motherboard and replaced the screen, and during the process they also identified a keyboard issue caused by minor liquid damage, which they replaced free of charge as a goodwill gesture.
Communication was clear throughout, pricing was transparent, and the team were professional and helpful. I really appreciated the care taken with the repair and the warranty support offered.
Would definitely recommend them for Apple repairs.

Quick and efficient service replacing my MacBook keyboard, and proactive in flagging the need for a new battery too, so now feels like I have a laptop with an extended shell life

Terrible, terrible service. Avoid at all costs.

1) Infinite Loop "repaired" my laptop's broken screen in August of this year.
2) I notified them on 10/11 that the issue had reoccurred and returned it to them.
3) They did not pay the correct postage for the collection, so the laptop was "lost" temporarily. After some to and fro (where I had to chase them for an update), it was eventually located.
4) They informed me on 24/11 that the recurrence was due to some damage that happened to the laptop after it was returned to me, from perhaps "being in a bag" etc The unit sits on my office desk, so I could not see how this could have occurred.
5) I disputed the report and suggested that I would reflect the experience in a customer review – but a telephone conversation, with the owner convinced me that they were perhaps acting in good faith. We agreed to chalk it down to experience. We also agreed that you would contact me with an offer for the laptop (for parts), as I had bought a replacement.
6) This offer never materialised, and after some chasing, they eventually returned the laptop to me.
7) Upon examining the laptop, I could see that there was next to no damage on the item. I felt that I was being taken for a ride and decided to ask for a refund – which was flatly refused.

The poor work on my laptop, combined with awful customer service, means I will never use Infinite Loop again.

I had a MacBook screen replacement and was given a professional and efficient service from start to finish.
I would have no problem in recommending infinite loop to carry out further repairs.

I was so delighted with the excellent ,friendly, helpful and knowledgable service that I am moved to write a review.I took in a 12 year old iMac which was unbelievably slow for a diagnosis, they told me it would need a lt of money to repair it and offered me a refurbished newer and larger iMac for less money. I am
very pleased with my new machine.

I would rate Infirnet loop to do my mac repairs as fast reliable service very helpful to my needs etc I had taken a older mac to be upgraded but was told as much as it would cost it was better to buy a reconditioned one which was a great price and worked out much better for me thank you guys 👍👍

Infinite Loop identified my Mac fault quite quickly and informed me with estimated repair costs within 48 hours. Their charges were fair and would certainly use their services again if needs be. Their free collection and delivery service is useful to know as I live 25 miles from their base. Would I recommend Infinite Loop for Mac repairs ? In my case most definitely.

Some things have gone well, some less so. But you have to write a review to get the full 12 months of warranty!
