I recently had the chance to go through the Purpose Factor Assessment with Tom Conway, and I can’t recommend it enough. The process helped me understand my personal “why” in a way that truly made sense. It pulled together my background, values, skills, and the types of challenges I naturally gravitate toward. It also gave me a level of clarity I didn’t even realize I was missing. What made the experience especially impactful was working with Tom, his guidance throughout the process made all the difference.

I recently completed the Purpose Assessment from The Purpose Company and had the pleasure of being coached by Tom, a certified Purpose Coach who now offers sessions through his own practice, The Inner Mission.
