Booked a trip to USA with Victoria at The Internet Traveller and I highly recommend her. She was knowledgeable about the holiday she was selling and did not push me to book immediately as some travel companies do. Very nice agent to deal with.

Very happy with this company. The experience they provided for us was excellent. The booking process was ever so helpful, letting us make changes to trips based on preferences without any fuss or charge, offering helpful insights into what we might like to experience on our holiday as we had never before been to Bali and the experiences they provided were amazing. We felt we really got the most out of our first visit to Singapore and Bali. All transfers and trips were seamless with the local drivers making contact the day before our transfers and/or experiences to confirm pick up details which was a great comfort and really helped us to relax and enjoy our holiday so much more. Despite Mr. Trump's best efforts to thwart booked flights from the UK via the Middle East three weeks before setting out, Tanya Price (our adviser) was fantastic at sorting an alternative solution in a very timely manner. In fact, Tanya and the whole team (Babita, etc.) were always on hand with efficient and friendly professionalism to offer the best advice and solutions to my most inane of questions.

Very friendly and enthusiastic. I made an enquiry for a holiday, just to get an idea of costs. A few emails and a conversation later and I'm booked. Very helpful staff who explained the logic behind some of the decisions they had made, e.g. flights avoiding certain areas. Then we had a chat about options for transfer times and flight times to find a combination that worked for me without adding silly costs.
We are still to go on the holiday, but the booking experience so far has been great.

I booked a cruise yesterday with Rebecca, and I just wanted to say how grateful I am for her help. I’m travelling with my 86-year-old mother, who has limited mobility, so making sure everything is accessible and comfortable is really important to us.

She took the time to fully understand our needs—coordinating with the airlines, hotels, and cruise line to ensure we’ll have the right assistance throughout the journey.

Getting older isn’t always easy, but thanks to Rebecca, my mum can still look forward to enjoying a wonderful holiday in October to Italy and Greece. Mark & Alison

I contacted the Internet Traveller and got the pleasure of Rebeccas service - we wanted to go to Western Canada, however availability and cost was not working (our fault as we left it late) She came up with a cracking alternative eastern canada something we had not considered and we cannot wait. She has the patience of a saint as we were not easy (sorry Rebecca) however nothing was too much trouble and she constantly went over and above to make our holiday special with recommendations and thoughtful experiences. The price was also amazing, however what sets this company apart from the others we contacted is the staff, I felt heard and not just another customer, which is what made me book, I trust them with my holiday plans - Bravo Internet Traveller.

5* experience and service. Booked Florida-Miami & Key West with this company and everything was organised for us. They went above and beyond and made sure my son’s disability was catered to. The customer service team were also very helpful with notifying us of airline schedule changes (not their doing, but alerted us all the same) and I must say for the service from our sales advisor and their customer service, I was impressed. So much so, I will definitely be booking again and highly recommend. We are back now, everything went smoothly and I did have a quick question whilst I was away and they answered and helped. Felt very reassured that I had this company’s help and guidance from initial booking to whilst abroad. Thank you Internet Traveller! Our holiday was amazing x

Our flights have been CANCELLED (not changed) & this company are trying to strongarm us into taking alternative ones of their choosing, despite them being unsuitable, contrary to Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, which spell out that we are entitled to a full refund, of all the flights & even the accomodation if we choose. We know our rights, make sure you know yours & avoid this company. There were alternative flights available within 5 minutes of the original on the agents own site that were in fact cheaper than the original. We were entitled to be moved to those, especially as I was a registered disabled person. We dismissed the exact same flights offered as an alternative at the point of booking. They were cheaper, but my disability made it impossible for me to consider a 4am start for the return journey, the flights we chose were 2.30 in the afternoon.
When I took to social media, they illegally cancelled our holiday, depite it being less than 3 weeks to go. You say this is not true, so here is the quote from your email that has been submitted as evidence-

"In addition, we must address the level and frequency of contact made with multiple members of our team via telephone, email, text message and social media. This volume of repeated communication is not acceptable and is now impacting our staff.

In light of the above, and in order to bring this matter to a close, we have taken the decision to terminate your booking with immediate effect. "

The booking WAS cancelled for that reason in the managing Director, Mat's own words & not because alternative flights were not available, we have the proof that they were. The volume of calls was because we knew we were being treated in contradiction to our rights & we emailed Directors at the parent company to see if they would step in & help us. They would not.

Do not give them the chance to do the same to you. I will update this to dispel the company counter claims when ABTA have made their ruling. The company attempted to have this review blocked as harmful & illegal, but on providing proof to TrustPilot, was reinstated.

Victoria is fabulous! We booked a late trip with her and she organised everything we needed and more! Swift response time and she went above and beyond! Don’t hesitate to call Victoria 😄

This is our 3rd trip through Victoria. This one was almost a mess and we could have lost it, had Victoria not been on the ball dealing with the issue all day. We were all booked to do San Francisco, Santa Monica, Mexico for friends wedding, then finish off in San Diego. 8 days before our departure to SF, the drug cartel starting fighting in Mexico. The wedding was cancelled. I called Victoria in a mess, what happens now !!! She said, call you back 30mins, which she did. She managed to cancel the 5 star hotel all inclusive in Mexico and get full refund. She cancelled the flights yo Mexico, Delta gave us a credit. She told me this and suggested Hawaii. We were blown away. Long story short, we flew to SF, Santa Monica, Hawaii and San Diego. Hawaii hotel wasn't all inclusive but best hotel ever, right on Waikiki Beach. Saved the day, big time. That day, she was on the phone to me for approximately 6hrs, changing flights, hotels etc. Wonderful back up and service. Thank you, Victoria. Cheers Hugh & Debbie
