Defective ring
I received my order two days ago and the ring is defective. I sent them 3 emails and asked for a response and I still have not heard back. There is no phone number to call and their “ live chat” site is unavailable so I am quite upset as this is a Christmas gift. Buyers beware there is no way to contact this company by phone.

received in timely manner .professionally wrapped in wood box. excellent care instructions. nice weight and beautifully radiant, silver Celtic braid pendant.Opted for $85 upgrade to 20 inch chain and it rests handsomely in opening of unbuttoned collar.. many compliments and suggests an item of greater value.I adore it. Ive never ordered jewelry before and plan on getting a Celtic cross ring... A meaningful and bold way of reconnecting to the earliest roots of the Converted Christians in Europe before the Romanization of our Blessed Lord's Gospel.. I see them as signifying the liberty and freewill of a people whom the Lord',s scripture indeed set free from the intrusions of this world's. governments

Celtic cat necklace is absolutely beautiful. We bought it for our 11 year old granddaughter. As always with The Irish Jewelry Co. the quality is there. It has a good weight & we couldn't be more pleased.

Buyer Beware!
The Irish Jewelry Company's response to my review, three years later, is absolutely not true. I stand by my review.
I purchased a necklace; the snap bale was defective. I was told they would not pay for shipping back to them and would not reimburse me for the cost I paid to have it shipped to me. (Not at all professional). Once they refunded my money, they contacted me telling me that I returned the item because I didn't like it and they were doing me a favor by giving my money back since the item had been worn and was not in condition to resell. I received this for Christmas, wore it a few times and sent it back because the snap bale was defective. The reason they can't sell it is because it's defective. I have never done business with such an unscrupulous group of people and will never shop with them again.

Our records indicate your return was accepted and issued a refund to your credit card as promised. Our records indicate your return request did not mention any damaged to the product. In addition we found the product was not damaged upon receipt and fully fit for resale. Company policy as stated at check out and as agreed to as having been read by the purchaser states that all shipping charges are non refundable and we do not offer free return shipping.
