Great customer service, slow delivery times

It seems that some, many or all orders from TKC are shipped directly from manufacturers / wholesalers. Delays occur and deadlines / expected delivery dates pass. Email responses to queries from anguished customers may go to spam / junk folders often (in my experience). It would help if TKC gave realistic delivery times or stated on the website that certain orders will take longer as they are shipped directly from manufacturers and / or wholesalers. That aside, the responses I received to my emails were timely, polite and apologetic for the delay I was experiencing with my order.

It has taken 9 more working days for my order to be delivered which, if it had been mentioned on the website would have been acceptable to me. TKC just need to pre-manage customers expectations.

Drum roll...4 stars for their efforts and good, yes good customer service to me, despite the short delay with the order delivery.

Keep improving TKC...

Terrible - Do not order from them

Terrible I have ordered cot bedding expected delivery 19th June. No confirmation no tracking. Phoned and emailed several times no customer services they do not answer telephone or reply to emails. Still waiting I'm gonna have to get my card to investigate will never order again. Don't order from them.

Should have read Trustpilot before ordering!

I ordered a nursing chair and crib mattress on 10 April with an expected delivery date of 17 April.

17 April came and went, so I emailed the company who informed me the nursing chair was actually out of stock, and expected to be back in stock week commencing 8 May.

No communication and no updates since and I still haven’t received my order, but it seems to be par for the course for this company based on the reviews.

Never Received Order and No Refund

My wife has ordered a mini-piano from this company on 1 April 2023. It is now 16 April 2023. The piano never arrived and they do not respond to emails. We have tried everything.

Edit: Now 30 April 2023 and no product or refund received (despite being told a refund would be processed).

Edit: Now 11 May 2023 and we have just received a refund.

Item.never turned up and poor communication

Ordered a travel cot mattress from kiddie company ltd on 9.3.2023 and the expected delivery date would be 18th March 2023 according to their website when I bought it. Received the emails straight away but no date of delivery given, no tracking email sent.
I needed it for my daughter to go to her grandmother's while I'm in hospital for my csection. I tried calling 3 times and left messages asking them to call me back, I've also emailed them with no reply either. Doesn't look like I'm likely to get the mattress and now I'm going to have to go else here to buy one and be out of pocket as I don't expect I'll mange to get a refund from this company either! Really didn't want to give a negative review but feel that this is a reoccurring theme reading other reviews.

Dreadful

Dreadful. Order didn’t arrive on time and after multiple chase emails, finally arrived 6 weeks late. So disappointed.

Great customer service
