I love the product I ordered! 😍 The ordering process went really well, but I have not received the products yet… I am happy to wait a bit longer for the delivery (I live in the Netherlands) but I have not received any updates of the shipping process or status. I would like to know where the package is and how much longer it will take to arrive.

Your order was received and processed immediately and your shipment is on the way. Royal Mail has been intermittently on strike which has slowed shipment times. Please email us at hello@thekindplanetcompany.com and we can send through your tracking number if you haven’t received it already.
Again, really sorry this has taken 9 days! We aim for 3-5 business days as per Royal Mail’s policy for sending to Europe plus around 24 hours handling to prepare the order. We will do everything we can to take care of this.
