Have ordered online and visited in person twice with my children. It is the first place my eldest wanted to visit with his Christmas money! They loved looking through the rails and the extensive colletion of genuine football shirts. Kitman himself provides a great service and is really friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.

Didn't get an acknowledgement of order or payment which was a bit concerning but called and although went to answerphone they called back and gave me the delivery information and eased any concerns.

We called into the Kitman on an off chance. The Kitman himself was totally accommodating and genuinely a very nice guy. He is a passionate sports fan who’s built this wonderful company from scratch but still has the customer’s best interests at heart. You would struggle to meet a nicer person/businessman. I ordered two things on TheKitman. Payment went okay, after that I waited about one week for the information regarding tracking. I wrote an email and in reply I get feedback message with tracking number.

For delivery I waited one and half month but its because of shipment to Poland.

Item never arrived. No reply to my messages. No tracking provided. Now going through PayPal for a refund. Really poor service on all counts. Definitely won’t use again and advise others not to.
