Alex is fantastic, she kept me up to date with how my kitty was doing while I was away (including pictures)making sure to take time to give her some fuss and attention whilst I was away also!

I can't recommend Kitty Callers Lichfield highly enough. From the very first contact, they were professional, warm, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their home visit service was exactly what we needed — our cat gets to stay in her own environment, which makes such a difference compared to the stress of a cattery.
What really stood out was the communication. We received regular updates throughout, so we always knew our girl was happy and well cared for. It gave us complete peace of mind while we were away — something that's genuinely hard to put a price on.
Reliability was never in question either. Every visit was on time, every commitment was honoured, and nothing was too much trouble. They truly went above and beyond what we expected, and all at a really fair price.

Alex is great! Keeps us updated with messages and photos. Always looks out for our cats and gives them plenty of attention. She even managed to break up a fight and deter a visiting cat trying to invade our territory! Would definitely recommend

She was thorough in the initial visit to meet him and took note of all his likes and dislikes! We rescued a cat last summer who isn’t always too keen on being alone and loves company, and so for our first holiday away we were a bit nervous about how the cat would be. When we found Alex our minds were instantly put at ease as she came to meet the cat beforehand to go over everything and clearly loved cats, and also sent us photo updates each day while we were away so we could see our happy cat! When we arrived home the cat was relaxed and happy and had clearly been looked after so well, everything was spotless and we’ll definitely be asking her to come back for our next holiday!

Bowl arrived on time ,well packed & good quality. Unfortunately the large bowl is not large enough for my daughter's ragdoll & I had to return it

Shipping was fast, came so well packaged! The box and paper were all so lovely and the dishes themselves are so gorgeous! My Tony is 5 months old but normally drags her treats and little meals out of whatever I was feeding her out of but these have helped so much and she loves them too!
