Im absolutely happy with my order everything is correct and if your stuck and need a drone flyer id or operator id you can always count on the lanyard shop to get sorted and i got my flyer id and placed the order and it arrived quickly as requested and im absolutely satisfied with my order.

Order not received after 3 weeks of…
Order not received after 3 weeks of ordering a small order.
I haven’t received emailed the Lanyard shop but if I have no response I will contact my credit card for a charge back.
Wouldn’t recommend at all.

I am sorry to see that you were considering a chargeback with your bank.
Our aim is always to work with customers towards a suitable resolution where an issue arises.
Your first contact with us about your order was sent on Sunday 19th April at 14:32, and this review was posted only around 2 hours later that same day. We replied on Monday 20th April at 11:26.
Please accept our apologies again on behalf of the courier that your order had not been received.
Your order was despatched on 1st April, and when checked, the tracking was still showing "We're expecting it".
Unfortunately, as explained by email, the courier is no longer able to investigate the shipment due to the time between despatch and the issue being raised with us. We understand this is now being discussed with you by email.

This review appears to relate to your previous review, where you said the product received was "not really what I ordered".
The issue you raised with us was that you believed a photo had been uploaded and paid for, but the card arrived without one.
We checked the order receipt email you shared with us and our own order records.
The receipt you kindly provided clearly shows an order for a standard card at £3.20, with no photo option selected, no photo uploaded, and no payment made for a photo card. We also clarified this by email on 15th April.
In that email, we reviewed the order with you and confirmed that no photo upload or photo-card payment was recorded against that order.
Based on those records, the item supplied matches the order placed.
Our offer to assist with a photo card remains.
