Today they sent 6 emails within a two hour period. Each email was exactly the same. Copy pasted.

At this point this will become a bigger trouble than what it's worth and trust me, when we go through the legal process/bailiff, we are including all the legal fees, which will become thousands. Your HR and your manager will also be notified as we will submit the documents to them. 6 of the above email in less than two hours. Pathetic illegally run scam company.

Edit.. If you owe money to these clowns. DON'T PAY THEM. Especially if you've repaid the Principal already, that's all you technically owe, since they aren't properly licensed..they can't do anything. Block their email address. Change banks. Block their phone number. They can get absolutely wrecked. They are thieves and their days are numbered. Trust me I've been ignoring them for months and they keep sending me the same hilarious desperate emails. Pure comedy at this point.

I would always pay them on time. But the moment that only ONE okay....ONE PAYMENT is missed, they're ready to make threats against you!! I was kinda gonna give them an okay review. Aggressive tactics in collecting. Harassing. Condescending. Text messages from 6am-9pm at night even after payment arrangements were made. Avoid this company at all costs. If there was a way to rate lower than 1 star they would get it

SCAMMERS! I took out a loan with them, two payments were returned instead of them coming up with a plan they threatened call your contacts which they accuse of being the individual call my workplace multiple times even after I have specifically said do not call my workplace and call me non stop text me back to back and email me back to back not even allowing me to respond during work hours. This is completely unacceptable ! Creditors do not harass you like this especially at work! This company should be charged and everyone should get money back from them!

They’re not replying to any of my emails. And they’re trying to take the money out of my account. I applied a stop payment also. Because they’re trying to charge me. Also I recommend everyone else do that also. Until they can complete the contract. I’m going to report them also because they have given away my information

A thief is a decent human being compared to this company.

I had a $475 loan in 4 installments of $100 and one installment of $75.
I missed one $100 installment and one $75 installment.

Now they are telling me again that I owe $475, and without any permission from me, they have deposited the money into my account again.

They hire only rude, disrespectful, and incompetent employees.

I will do my best to write feedback about this garbage company wherever I can, so that other people do not get fooled by such scammers.

If I could give a negative star I would and it would be -10. I don't know who hires these people but wow are they rude. Trying to explain to this rude human about why I missed my payment and what's happening. All I get is attitude no compassion just some keyboard warrior. So this sorry excuse of a human says what if we add extra charges to my next payment, I explained that my account is overdrawn a lot of money and when I get paid most of my pay cheque will be gone because of that, so I couldn't agree to to the extra charges. The reply I got was "Do something about it." I really wish I could upload photos cause I would upload that whole conversation. This one self entitled person needs to be retrained or fired. Who speaks to their clients that way. Hire better staff. Then when I get an email from them I respond and I don't get a response back so I get an email that says this from Andrew

Thanks for the threat in writing I'm sure the Consumer Protection of BC will like this one.... I owed 526 and I sent them 500 and now they're all over me for the 26 dollars and going to add a 60 NSF fee after explaining that I didn't have the 26 dollars or I would have sent it. I'm going to speak to a lawyer about a lawsuit against them, as they've been doing so much illegal stuff.

The most rude and unprofessional staff. I have been laid off from work and told them I want to close the loan and what is the best they can do. First the agent said $650, I sent the money and later he tells me I have balance of $246. So, he lied to settle and the worst language they use. Worst experience of my life. I wonder if there is a way to complain about them and report this company.

Very bad company sent me threatening emails and contacted my workplace even though I was in contact with them. The telephone number that they provided no one will answer its almost like they are invisible. Very bad company Very rude I have a paper trail of the. Threatening me even after I made payments to them via interac etransfer. Avoid this company at all cost.

On December 30 I sent them a payment to an email that they said they no longer use. They are not confirming the payment was received. I checked with interact they saw it went right into their bank account for the lenders, but they refuse to acknowledge the payment this is a very corrupt company Think again before ever using them for any Loan.

This company is the Worst! I had to borrow from them- Then unfortunately I got laid off and asked if I could defer payments! They have been calling/text messages/emails daily! I sent proof of my layoff/ei application- Every message is saying I've ignored them- I haven't- I've explained my situation and they just don't like the answer! Even screaming at me on call saying I need to get the payment from anyone and find a way! Rudest/most unprofessional way to deal with anyone!
