Very helpful and responsive
After big issues with one large development and property management company, I appointed the Lettings Club as a letting agent and property manager.

It's a shame I didn't call them first
It's a shame I didn't call them first. It would have made us renting out our first property even easier. It would have stopped us from wasting energy and time making some strange decisions. Marcus was brilliant at time keeping with all appointments made and our initial contact was very positive and calming. He was clear and concise. Marcus really listened and guided us step by step. Tom took over the latter part of the process and was equally helpful. Keeping us up to date and again making it all very clear and bite sized. I love that their office is in Bradford. A real asset to the city. I'm glad I came across them. I look forward our future dealings. Could not recommend them enough :)

I was contacted by Tom from The Lettings Club Ltd (TLC Ltd) last year to attend one among many of their luxury apartments which is managed by TLC Ltd to a high standard. I would know this because they have contacted me many times for work, repairs, odd jobs and renovation's for tenant satisfaction. Not just Tom but also Marcus whom have been very professional, efficient, great communicators and friendly from the get go. I have had zero issues and am always happy to deliver the highest standard of work for TLC Ltd. I've had a really good experience working with Marcus and his team at The Lettings Club. Communication is efficient, they look after the interests of me as a landlord AND (importantly) those of my tenants. And they "get" property and property investment. My experience with the letting club
I purchased my apartment then 3 weeks later return to my family in thailand I left the apartment in Marcus hands to let out for me .probably the best move I could make he as let the apartment out now for over a year and he as keeped me informed every step of the way the letting club as a whole as been a brilliant move . being in thailand I needed a company I could trust to look after my property and I'm glad to say I found it 100% happy thank you Marcus and the all the staff at the letting club if you need a company you can trust look no further thank you all .
