Straight forward process,I could call and get good advice.

I found they were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and too the point.
Nick Lake dealt with almost everything making the experience easy and stress free

I requested a quote just before starting a run of nightshifts. I then was harassed repeatedly but someone called Nick Lake. I received 6 text messages and as many emails and missed calls/voicemails. I’d opted to wait till my end of nightshifts to reply back as I’d have more time to deal with it then and feel more human. Today I received yet another one of his many texts questioning whether I was a child scamming using the number. When I replied back to him and explained why I hadn’t responded he then became verbally abusive towards me. I would never and will never use this company for any training and highly recommend anyone who has to deal with Nick Lake runs as far away from him as they can!

Really great experience in helping me pass my theory! Absolutely over the moon to be passed and can’t wait to get cracking with my practical now, Nick Lake is who helped me top bloke!

Enquired about HGV training a short time ago and was contacted by Luke. Luke give me information on the prices & the training and I said I’d contact him if I was interested. A month or two on I received a call today asking if he can shut down the enquiry. Soon as I said yes he hung the phone up. Seemed pretty rude and didn’t even get a chance to talk. Sounded like he wasn’t happy as he didn’t sell me a course. A little training probably needed

The team were very friendly and made me feel at ease. My instructor Andy was brilliant and the giggles and jokes made a stressful time easier to manage. I liked that the reversing manoeuvre and the driving test were on two separate days instead of one after each other. I passed first time with 2 minors☺️thank you for the help!
