Really quick delivery and kept informed throughout

Service was generally excellent and delivery was fast. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because my order required different delivery and invoice addresses and I recall this wasn't well reflected in the order summaries etc.(using android phone) and after a few attempts I had to take a bit of a leap of faith in the end. Apart from that though, I would certainly recommend.

I ordered a red iPhone 8 from these guys.
I received a telephone call to say they had sold out but they would get one for me. A couple of days later one arrived and they had given me an upgrade to a ‘pristine’ condition for the same price.

I’ve not been able to check the phone properly as it’s a birthday gift but all seems fine at a glance.

I want to thank you for your kindness - it’s going to make someone very happy!

As it happens product not what I wanted but it arrived on time and the service was faultless.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ordered a phone online. Said 1 to 2 working days for delivery. After ordering the phone we got no correspondence. The phone never arrived after two days. Sent them an email no response. Called the shop and mobile number provided every hour for three days and they never picked up. I left 22 voice messages and no one called back. I have had to raise a dispute with my bank to try and get the money back.

Excellent condition and super fast despatch time. Very pleased.

I found the Link Oldham website easy to use and I was confident that my transaction was being handled securely.
I ordered an iPhone that was a good price and described as 'pristine/like new'. The description is perfectly accurate, there isn't a blemish on the phone and it works perfectly. The phone arrived well packed and on time, with a power cable enclosed. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that the battery health of the phone is only 75%. This shouldn't be a problem for me, but I feel it would have been fair to note this in the description of the item. However, I am very happy with the phone and the price and I would use this vendor again.

Ordered Samsung Galaxy A51 mobile phone. Price was among best available, delivery was prompt (3 working days) and I was kept informed of progress. Product, when it arrived was, as far as I can tell, a genuine UK model phone (it had a three-pin plug). Delighted with service from this vendor.
