The Look Edit Avis 458

I ordered an outfit on the 11th January and I have still not received it, I have emailed them twice and each time had the same email saying it takes up to 2 weeks for delivery, it has now been 6 weeks and still nothing, I have asked for a refund and still nothing, is this company even legit??? Having my doubts now!!!
Update…… it’s finally arrived from China, thought it was a UK based company, quality not good and will be returning

I have ordered an item and 20 days after I don’t have it . I spoke with them and they said I need to wait 14 days more for the item to arrive. This is scam . Run run run . Don’t buy from this merchant. They will take your money for nothing.

PLEASE dont buy anything! they are liars from China, cloth look totally different than on pictures, cheap very bad quality and if you want to return its NOT RETURNABLE,
1) their facebook delete any negative comment
2) they didnt refund half of my order
3) all cloth came from China, not UK but website shows its in UK
4) their fake good reviews come out to cover bad ones

The most disgusting experience from this company! Outrageous lies and manipulation. They sent me my order with a missing bag and expected me to wait for It to be delivered only then to return it at my own cost. I am heavily pregnant and they didn't even make an any exception to cancel the order from there end when they could have. They then lied and said they sent me replacements which can't be true as those replacements would of arrived even with me cancelling the original order. So this was all calculated! They can cancel anything! They haven't even bothered to contact.klarna to amend my payment and have been absolutely outrageous!!! Stay away from these counterfeiting scammers. Only until I threatened them to report to bottega veneta that they are counterfeit they said they would refund me. Stay away from these lying scumbags

Shocking what arrived. Cheap overpriced junk from china. Ordered a 14 and I got a 6. Looks nothing like the picture. No refund as they said it was in the sale. Do not waste your money on this site believe me its a pile of overpriced tat

Sent back trousers only to get store credit & no refund which they deducted £3 from even though i paid the return postage!
Sizes are more like kids sizes & i am not a large lady,
very disappointed about the length of time it took to give me the store credit took them two months even though i sent the trousers back quickly.
Cheap nasty clothing will not be back

Worst experience with this company. They take days to ship. My order has still not arrived and I am on week 3. Never buying from this mediocre poor customer service, overpriced store ever again!!!!! Id give -5 if i could

I ordered an outfit for a summer wedding. Took four weeks to arrive amd the quality is SHOCKING. For the.price it really is poor and, of course, it was reduced so no refund. Over £60 for something I could have bought on the high St for a third of the price. I can't u.derstand how they have such a high rating on Trust pilot. Don't be duped

I would honestly give 0 stars if I could. I ordered two coats 3 weeks ago and the parcel only just arrived today. The online tracking did not give me much information. When I received my order the parcel was small so I knew straight away that two coats weren’t inside. I was right. It was just one coat and the quality was so poor. I will be returning this immediately. I cannot stress enough to stay away from this online store, not worth the hassle.

UPDATE: second parcel eventually arrived. I returned this as well. I was then told that my return was invalid and would not be processed. I made my purchase on the 20th January, it’s now 6th March and this is still on going. Absolute shambles. It’s concerning that they are allowed to trade.

Extremely poor ! I ordered an item which took weeks to arrive then when it did the item was incorrect, i sent back ( at my own expense) however apparently they cannot find my return and after many emails still no refund! Would not order again!

Placed an order 4th Nov 22, 11th & 16th Nov received an email advising they were out for delivery. By 22nd Nov nothing had been received and I contacted them they advised I needed to wait 14 days after dispatch date. Contacted them again 8th Dec to advise items still had not been received. They advised they would follow up. 12th Dec i contacted them again as still no items received. I then receive an email confirming delivery of 1 item, meanwhile nothing had been received. I contacted them they sent a picture of a parcel at someone else’s property. i enquired as to where the other item was, they finally responded and said it was lost in transit they will send another one. I said no, I requested a refund for BOTH items. 13th Jan 23 no refund received I contacted them to find out what was happening, they said they will issue a refund for the bodysuit however the other item delivered to the wrong address would need to be investigated, I advised they can investigate but I wanted a refund as I no longer wanted the product the whole process was ridiculous and why should I be out of pocket. No response received. 15th Jan 23 received a refund for 1 item (excluding my P&P) but not the other item. Contacting them again on 16th for the second refund, no response, I then went through PayPal to get a refund for the remaining amount and even then, they only partially refunded the amount. Very untrustworthy company in my view, customer service was terrible no proactive contact to provide updates and after all that KNOWING how much I paid only refund partial amount. Would not recommend

Just giving friendly advice. Don’t use this company unless you want to waste your money on substandard clothing.
A oversize long trench coat did not even reach my knees, even though the photos clearly show it as long. They won’t refund if it’s a discounted purchase ( most are) so have wasted £89 on a coat fit for nothing.

How has this company still got 5 stars???

I’m still waiting for my money back from November .. when I ordered a dress … they sent me wrong brand wrong size …. Yet still have MY money!!!!!!!

BEWARE!! Company sends items from China that are cheap knock offs but cost 3X the price and then try to state you can not have a refund. Before I returned items I contacted customer support to confirm I would receive a refund which they said I would as items where not on sale, now that I have returned items they are saying that items where sale and I will only receive store credit to buy more of their awful quality clothing.

The blazer dosent look like the photos at all i paid 60 quid and got a copy from China that has way too less feather on sleeves and Refund still not given i basically returned it the same day n still not got the refund I have attached photos that they have on there page and the blazer that i Got

Dont’t order from this company, the items are shoddy and cheap and they have an ILLEGAL returns policy!

The order was of poor quality and the trousers far too short. I was told I am only eligible for a credit note and not a refund. Returning an item is costly and time consuming. The company have refused to issue a refund - and now will not respond to me.

I hate that I have to give 1 star as I would like to give minus. Do not order from this company. Goods are dreadful quality and they refuse a refund and offer a store credit voucher-there is nothing I would want to order from here again.

Do not use this Company.
They send the wrong Colour, wrong size and DO NOT REFUND!! But expect you to pay for the item to be sent back even though it’s their fault. They promise a refund and send you back the same item you have returned so they don’t have to refund. Items come from China so sizing is all over the place. PLEASE AVOID TO SAVE DISAPPOINTMENT !!!!!

Don’t order from here. I ordered a coat which was nothing like the image displayed on the website, the quality was shocking. They didn’t advertise it was a sale item and then marked it down at the price I bought, then told me I couldn’t get a refund because it was on sale and said store credit only. It’s a comeplete scam.
