The LTL Shop Avis 

I have ordered from this Company at least three times and they are definitely legit. My past orders were always delivered promptly and I never had any missing items or complaints. The reason I’m deducting one star is because my latest order took a while to arrive. However, I do think they offer great value for money and I’d use them again.

got an email saying my k18 was delayed by 2 weeks but i had another product too and they've not dispatched either. Sent ten emails. No reply. Looks like a scam DO NOT USE THIS SITE. Have contacted my bank to report.

Despite all the negative reviews I received my Colour Wow shampoo in just a few days all fine! Would order again.

I’ve ordered it from here before and received my order within a few days but this time I spent like £80 and 10 days later I’ve still not received my order. I’m getting an email back stating my order from February has been delivered and it’s not even that order communication is absolutely shocking. Don’t order from here. I’ll be contacting my bank to get a refund.

If I could give zero I would. Ordered some Redken conditioner and after 2wks, did not arrive. Emailed the address on the site, to be told this no longer exists and to contact another. To be fair, I received a reply instructing me to wait 3 days for despatch. Item still hasn’t been sent and they will not refund me- stating the order has been fulfilled and to carry on waiting. Terrible service. Would not use again.

Ordered #38082 on 31 Aug 2025 for £59. Money was taken immediately. I have emailed five times — only one vague reply, then complete silence. No product, no updates, no customer service.

Do not buy from this company. I’m contacting my bank for a refund and warning everyone.

Took my money ,confirmed order , then nothing, chased 2 weeks later , automated back to u in 3 days. 3 weeks later I get a notification and tracking number. Actually got the item a day before email. Lucky me ( seems am lucky to get my order - see others review ). Packaging good !

no order, sending an email to ltl does not give anything. I do not recommend

Ordered on 24th August, no sign of order or even tracking. A follow up email prompted the reply that they would let me know within 3 days. Nothing. Don't shop here.

Two weeks from order to delivery (but that did include a BH weekend). Best price I could find for Redken 1000ml shampoo and 1000ml conditioner. The reviews worried me but my experience was okay

Useless 'facade' of a company. I'm not sure anyone actually exists at LTL - are they fully automated? Anyway, avoid this lot. I had no delivery update after a week and several emails. Cancelled my order after seeing the amount of other people that had the same problem. Hopefully LTL will not exist for much longer.

It look like it’s a fake business. We bought shampoo, and conditioner. They took money £59.50 but no Delivery and if you email or message them they don’t reply. It looks like it’s a fake business.

Do not order from this company. I placed an order on the 13th August and the funds were debited immediately but I have still not received the product.

I ordered the Redken shampoo and conditioner 1000ml combo and it took about 10 days to arrive. When it arrived, the shampoo was missing. I’ve emailed twice about a refund and heard nothing back.

Absolutely shocking, not received goods & they are not answering emails.

Products not arrived after ordering on 12th August. After contacting them I'm told to expect by 6th September. At the same time being bombarded with emails about prizes I've won (NOT) and today an email headed "Major Inventory Error"....which surprise surprise is simply an "order today for a discount" scam....Sick of their emails and no sign of purchase. DO NOT!! Order number 36758

As per everyone else's reviews, avoid at ALL costs! I ordered on 17th August, with 3-5 days delivery. It's 9 days later, no news of a delivery. I've emailed 3 times and also called (number available on my credit card statement) and left a voicemail with no response as of yet. Seriously disappointing service.

If only I had seen all of the reviews before ordering! I ordered 3 products with the company and after a month of receiving no information nor package I decided to contact the company. The lady I spoke to from customer services was very helpful and explained she was going to re-send my order out with express delivery which after a month of nothing was great! However not only after waiting for so long for a parcel which I believe never would’ve arrived without me contacting the company one of the things was missing and after spending a good amount of money on the products was the final straw. I would not use this company again nor would I reccomend to anybody else!!

I was really dubious after reading lots of very negative reviews. However, I decided to order anyway and I'm so glad that I did. Not only could I not get this item at this price anywhere else my item came with free delivery and arrived in less than four days from the order date . Absolutely brilliant service, definitely give them a try and and ignore the negative reviews

I ordered redken hair products on a cc which they said they had delivered but did not. I asked my bank for a refund which they said i would get because there was no proof of delivery. Soon after the company said i would be refunded, so i very much think I will. I am wondering whether their business model is pretend to be a shop but simply gather the money of those people who cant be bothered to claim for a small refund when goods are not delivered. My advice is avoid at all costs.
