The LTL Shop Avis

Every order I get from the LTL shop has been brilliant! Amazing prices and fast delivery. Also really good customer service

Ordered several items at a very good price, also used a voucher which made my order a lot cheaper than other places. Very pleased turned up few days later. Had great communication with them about ordered. Overall very pleased and would order again.

Have ordered Redken All Soft products multiple times and they've always been delivered promptly. Never had any doubts about the quality of the products supplied.
Wish LTL stocked a wider range than they do so could buy more from them.

Very reasonably priced products. Excellent quality, wouldn’t purchase my hair products anywhere else.

I’ve ordered Redken several times from LTL as they had the best price and the delivery has always been quick.

I regularly order from The LTL Shop because their website is so easy to use, their prices are highly competitive, and, crucially, their delivery is incredibly quick and reliable.

My most recent order perfectly demonstrates their efficiency: I ordered 2 x Redken All Soft Shampoo 1000ml bottles on Tuesday 18th November and my order was delivered free of charge today, Thursday 20th November. A 2 day turnaround is superb!

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending The LTL Shop to family and friends. They are consistently excellent.

I've ordered Redken products from this site a number of times and each time there is no problem and quick delivery. Good price too. Will definitely buy from here again

Fast delivery and hassle free ordering, no problem with any of the orders I’ve placed

Delivery super fast 👌 so bonus on top of everything else I'm one very happy girl and if I could keep this a secret just for me I would lol 😆 but I think it's only fair to share it with everyone that wants quality at affordable prices I highly recommend LTL 😀 ❤💙

Excellent product and excellent prices. Quick delivery! Very happy with service.

Hi
Ordering from LTL easy and my experience has been quick delivery which is good when waiting on goods to be able to use them .
I was surprised on reading problems some customers have had getting goods ,
Can honestly say i have had no problems .

Great service and best price I have found in Redken products. Have bought from LTL Shop many times 👍🏻

I always get my redken hair products from here! They always offer the best prices and quick delivery

I have had a great experience with LTL easy to order and products arrived 2 days later. Would definitely use again.

Honestly I’m a little shocked by these reviews - I’ve ordered 3 times now and honestly I think they are a fantastic supplier who offer amazing value. My order came in the time frame they told me it would and they products have been fantastic and they actually sell amino mint which is my holy grail shampoo.

My experience seems different to others I had a problem with a damaged package but that was a problem created by the couriers in transit. LTL immediately replaced the products that arrived in damaged boxes or were missing. All I did was send photos of the exterior of the box. I find their range good, prices very competitive and items rarely out of stock.

Absolutely incredible. Love all their products especially the Redken range. Been amazing with customer service too

I got some FUL hair products last week — moisturizing mask and styling stuff — and they’re amazing! Great quality, good prices, and super fast delivery. Really happy with the whole experience. Highly recommend! I’ll definitely order again! Perfect gift idea 💛

I ordered six large redken containers of shampoo, one was leaking when it arrived. The other bottles felt inferior and the quality of the shampoo didn't feel like Redken shampoo. I sent in photos of the leaking and dented bottles as requested and have not received any reply since.
The company are not listed at company house.
I have emailed numerous times with no response , if you order from an online company and are not satisfied you can return in a a certain time frame that's if the company ever respond.
This company ( if in fact they are a comany) are a total scam, if something seems too cheap there is usually a reason. AVOID and do not waste your money .
I am pursuing this with my credit card company.

I love the LTL Shop! Good prices, good value, good services. Should be way bigger!
