Excellent Customer Service
The customer service staff were wonderful. I was doing a mailing with an invitation, outside envelope and enclosed card with a return envelope. It also included stuffing the envelopes and addressing. It was a little confusing as to how to place the order online so the representative walked me though. She also gave me pricing in advance and the final price was actually cheaper than quoted due to the final list. We saved over $1000 on this mailing over using a local printer in Northern Michigan. I would definitely use this company again! And they were super fast too.

Mailworks is very responsive and helpful. There was an issue with the availability of the envelopes I'd chosen, and they contacted me immediately with choices for how to proceed. I appreciated their candor and the swiftness of their response.
