Sean and the lads were fantastic , great price and brought it all upstairs for me and made the wardrobes and beds up for me

I’m the manager of a children’s home and i’ve bought a number of mattress from Sean. He’s dropped the off with hours notice at times and is fair with his prices.
I would recommend Sean and his business to anybody and will continue to use him.

Whenever I’ve needed a bed or furniture, Sean is the man. He also went out of his way (when he didn’t need to) to move and reassemble my bed when I moved house, which was no easy task with awkward walls and doors. I cannot think of another place that handles last-minute orders as well and as professionally as this company, and I will forever recommend TMW to all.

I have had multiple beds from the mattress world. Both the service and the quality have been fantastic! I will certainly purchase again from here!

Shocking to see any 1 star reviews, I wouldn’t buy a bed or mattress anywhere else, unbelievably priced and great quality further more your supporting a local business. I always deal with Sean, enthusiastic and knowledgable and always happy to have a chat, we always get ours delivered and they have it put up in no time and don’t leave a mess! Me and my family have bought beds and furniture from this man for over 20 years is service is impeccable and i would rate a 5 star service if not more and he gose up and beyond for anyone and I would highly recommend the mattress world and even the furniture corner. All I can say is thank you sean and keep up the good work.

Absolutely disgusting experience of this company today. Minding my own business at the launderette following signage up saying "if a washer or dryer has finished and is needed by another customer the contents can be emptied" I followed this emptied the washer and put my own washing on. 40 minutes passed and the disgusting mannered man I now know to be called Sean foster waltzed back in and began cursing and swearing that his washing was taken out (and placed on the top of the machine so it was tidy) I said I had emptied the washer as I needed to use it and the aggression grew. Swearing at me threatening me and after pointing out the sign and reading it out to him word for word (incase he was unable to read for himself) I stopped engaging whilst his abuse continued. Another patron in the launderette advised of he continued we could call the police. His parting words when he left were "don't f**king touch my washing" which no one else planned to do.
After ringing the company to report this and looking on Facebook (seeing his face in every video on there) and here on Google at reviews I know my complaint will go nowhere but this place should be avoided like the plague. He had the audacity to reverse his branded van up the street and take photographs of myself. In his branded van registration plate BE02 DDD.

Clearly not a one off occurance after reading the reviews on here from a small minded bully of a man.

Don't buy from him. Promised refund. Never received.

Good service. Quick delivery of mattress

I bought my daughter an ottoman small double bed. It’s fantastic quality and Sean delivered and took it all upstairs for me. Great service,compatable prices and fantastic quality 👌🏼

Following initial order and email confirmation, I then received no further communication as to delivery details. After a week I had to email and phone to ask for updates on delivery . Still no response but then a day later I received delivery notice from the delivery company who then were very informative about the delivery date and time. The actual mattress we purchased was exactly as expected.

I bought the Sweet Dreams Wagner Firm 2000 mattress and only after about two weeks of sleeping on the mattress, a dip appeared that gave me lower back pain. When measured, the dip was a double over the natural settlement measurements that are given with the care instructions. The mattress was delivered by a contracted logistics company which made holes in the plastic packaging and left black smudge marks on the mattress.
To keep the story short, it was a pain to return the mattress. Make sure to take photos when you receive the item, as with any company, and store them for a peace of mind if the quality turns out not to be what you expected with a specific model. And know your statutory consumer rights.
