Had an initial challenge with order arriving. Customer service was solution oriented and offered two options. A refund or a replacement. Agreed on a replacement and it arrived far ahead of schedule and my son is thrilled with it. Truly thrilled.
Highly dissatisfied with the customer service provided. These people do not believe in making returns for customer dissatisfaction. They ask for all kind of pictures to prove measurements and quality as if they don't know what they sell. They will also tell you that it is your fault for ordering something that you didn't like. Very strange company and definitely not ordering from them again.

I placed an order on October 14th with delivery in USA. In the FAQ it states 2-3 days for processing and 5-7 days for shipping. However according to their shipping policy it is 3-5 days for processing and 7-15 days for expedited shipping, which I paid extra for.
Today the 23rd of October it is still not shipped! They will not cancel the order, which I asked them to do.
Customer service is non existing .. no service at all. I will contact my bank tomorrow.

Ordered an XL kakashi hoodie dress because the bust said 22.6 inches which is smaller than my size. The fabric wasn’t even a sweatshirt but instead a weird plastic fabric. It was very uncomfortable and huge. I can’t leave a review on the website either
Due to the extreme lag in their shipping, I thought I might not have ordered what I wanted. So I placed an order and realized that I bought two. I did not need two. They refused to help me and offered a "partial refund" and their customer service was rude and obnoxious. They lost a customer and I urge all of you RUN, DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS SITE.

The reason I did not give this five stars was because of the economy shipping I ordered this jacket November 8th it was for my daughter's birthday which was November 24th the jacket did not arrive until December 2nd. If you are ordering for a special occasion order 4 to 6 weeks in advance my daughter absolutely loved it so did I
They never ever respond to any emails regarding returning an item even though it states on the website they accept returns. Scam website. Take your money give you a horrible product and then never respond so you cant make a return. I promise you guys this website is horrible and they have no customer service options at all. All of the comments made on this site must have been paid for or posted by them. Horrible product and no way to return or get a refund
