Navigating the website and ordering is very easy. Once you have chosen your box and what is to be engraved on it Julie will send you a image of your design, where you can correct or change as required. After you have confirmed all is correct then the medal box will be completed and sent. Mine arrived very quickly indeed and I was blown away. It was perfect, just what I wanted. My medals and 'clutter' will be have a smart new home. Thank you Julie and The Medal Box Company 5 stars.
