Unlawful Breach of Purchase & Terms
Purchase & Terms: I purchased a bundle on 6th January 2025. The terms clearly stated that I would have lifetime access to the source code that was available to me at the time of license expiry, and that I would only need to renew if I wanted new updates released after that date.
Unlawful Revocation: Despite never violating their usage terms, the company unilaterally revoked my download access immediately after my license expired on 6th January 2026.
My Reasonable Request: I am not asking for premium support or the latest updates. I am simply asking for the exact same product/code that was available up until the expiry date—which I already paid for.
No Such Clause: Nowhere in their terms did they state that they would terminate access to the existing, already-purchased product upon expiry. This action is a clear breach of their own contract.
Refusal to Provide: They are now refusing to grant me full access to the source code that was originally included in my bundle.

I would give it a zero if I could
I would give it a zero if I could. I bought their product and their advertised 14-day money-back guarantee. I tried it, it sucked. Took forever to load, looks nice, but the development experience and user experience was horrible. Asked for a refund the day after I purchased it, and they said 'well it worked, so no refund'. They are engaging in fraud in my opinion, and their products are just terrible to work with.

On the checkout page, we have clearly stated that a refund is not applicable to bundle products.
Also, we have clearly mentioned the same on our refund policy, which is clearly outlined on our website (including in the checkout process and terms and conditions). Single products are eligible for a refund, and we have processed the refund for the single purchase made. ThemeSelection is scam by promising 100% refund
I bought a bundle from ThemeSelection, but it was not as advertised and not what I was actually looking for. After purchasing, I requested a refund because their website claims to offer a 100% money-back guarantee. However, their support refused to refund me, saying that bundles are not eligible for refunds.
This means I just lost $149 for something I will never use. I thought the product included what I needed, but it didn’t so now I’m stuck with files I don’t need and will never use, not even as a reference.
After digging deeper, I found that only at the checkout page, in very small text, does it say that bundles are not refundable. This is misleading, because they still advertise “100% money back” on their website.
Be careful if you plan to buy from them read everything before buying anything from them. I even told them I could provide proof that I never used the files and bought it by mistake, but they still refused to refund me. I don’t want others to waste $149 like I did.

Would appreciate a more detailed documentation though, on the layouts structure and assets handling where things get more complicated especially for newcomers to Laravel/Vite.
For a product like Sneat, a streamlined update process is also very important. This is another aspect that Sneat would benefit from some examples/docs on working with Sneat without breaking its core and keep it updatable in the future.
