I paid the $249 deposit on April 22nd. but wasn't able to schedule my 20 min. intake until May 8th. I was disappointed that the soonest available was a week away (May 15th) and on a Fri. which meant it'd take another 5 to 7 days for my medication to arrive. I emailed customer service to ask if I could be seen sooner. I was told to log into the portal to reschedule. I wasn't able to and emailed support again. Silence.
Almost a week later, their team (Rick) admitted in writing that they failed to verify my ID, which kept me locked out of their portal. When the owner, Eiad Asbahi, finally reached out, he was incredibly arrogant—immediately
demanding "respect" stating that he's "the owner" while venting about his business staffing issues and personal problems. I asked for my prescription to be sent to a local (I live in PA) pharmacy to expedite the process, he said they don't do that. When I became distressed by the delays and started crying, he showed zero compassion and hung up on me. Beware! -They only use a pharmacy in Las Vegas despite being based in LA which adds more delays to treatment. My opinion is that this gives him a significant financial advantage. Why use only pharmacy? This is a business venture run by a hedge fund manager, not a supportive healthcare practice. Save your money and find a provider who actually cares about your well-being. There are affordable providers out there. Don't give up!
