This is a scam! Please beware! They will never answer your emails or pick any of your calls. Infact the number does not even work! They don’t actually sell mirrors! After 2 months, they delivered the tiniest roll of tape to me! If you are already a victim please report them to action fraud

Mirror never arrived and no response from company when try get a refund!

I have not received my order and it has been over 3 months.
I have contacted the company numerous times and have not heard anything back.

I can’t believe this company have the neck to ask how they did!! Massive scam if you call a roll of poxy tape a mirror then brill!! DO BOT PURCHASE ANYTHING COMPLETE SCAM

Never received item that I ordered in December
2023. After attempting via numerous emails ……it’s a SCAM!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

I ordered the mirror just before Christmas and unfortunately the company refunded the order but told me the mirror was still en route. By the middle of Jan I received a roll of green tape from China but no mirror. Rubbish!

Order never arrived, fake tracking was provided. Seller never responded back. Scam, Avoid.

Do not use

You did not send the mirror. You promised a refund. I have not received that either.

I ordered a mirror… it said delivery would be 2 weeks which should have been just before Christmas… after 6 weeks of waiting (I left extra time due to Christmas delays) I didn’t receive any updates from the company… also didn’t realise it would be shipped from china.
A package arrived, it was so tiny! I was very confused… I checked the tracking number to check it was the correct item and it was a small roll of double sided tape that had arrived. I messaged the company to advise this is what I received and I didn’t get a response. Luckily I got a full refund issued by PayPal. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

From start to finish this business was superb. Ordered it, recieved confirmation, kept up to date on delivery and arrived before expected. Thanks

Never received my mirror

Scam I did not receive the mirror for the wedding to date I have had no refund and no response to multiple emails absolutely disgusting don’t waste your time with them

The mirror never came this is a fraudulent website. They said they will give a recund which i never recieved

Sent a small roll of green sellotape! Absolute scam of a website and business. Phone contact is WhatsApp - lady called “Madame” and never reply. SCAM - AVOID

The irony of receiving this email - 3 months after my purchase. And numerous ignored emails to the company requesting my money back as I never received my mirror! £90 of my money that they are refusing to refund. Tracking links provided for a parcel that doesn’t exist. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
