The mirrors house Avis 

This is a scam!
I brought a £70 mirror and it has never arrived, after a month.
Tried to contact but there phone number is unavailable and so is there email.
The post code for this company is a random house in Birmingham.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY!!

Too good to be true! Any good review must be fake. All I received was a roll of weird orange tape. Have reported to Klarna and hopefully will get a refund. AVOID, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!

Absolute scam of a company!! Paid £70 for a mirror to receive a roll of sticky tape, I emailed them asking for a refund they said they would refund took my bank details then never responded or refunded!!

Rating should be a zero but 5/5 for totally scamming everybody!! This company fails to deliver anything to you apart from a reel of sellotape!
Spent most of my early evening on the phone to the fraud team who have been very sympathetic and have agreed to refund me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I've been scammed..I wondered where that little roll of tape came from !!!!
Bought a mirror never turned up. Emailed them was told it had been dispatched and on its way.
Never showed up, emailed again and got no reply 😒
Will hv to go to my banks fraud dept today.
Not a happy bunny here !

FRAUDSTER

Ordered a mirror which didn’t show up after 2 months. Contact number is just a mobile that is turned off and only response we had from the email was to say the order was shipped.
We then received a small roll of tape.
Absolute scam and these people need shutting down

I’ve send probably 20 plus messages to this company via Instagram and they blocked me! Their page was full of scammed victims and they’ve now deleted every comment and stopped people commenting altogether. I see there’s a new positive review..IGNORE IT AS ITS THE COMPANY WRITING THEM THEMSELVES. the only true reviews are all the ones that are saying he’s a scammer. I’ve sent further info to klarna. Hopefully he gets shut down soon!

Fake Company REPORT TO ACTION FRAUD!!!

so bad I want to give it the zero but that’s not possible so I give you the one! Please report to action fraud as I did. They have not delivered my mirror and are not going to! Apparently they are sending customers fake tracking numbers and delivering cello tape. They Turned off all comments on Instagram. I am Currently disputing payment with clearpay and my bank. Terrible people. They obviously get someone to leave fake five star reviews.. how ridiculous and I cannot believe they are able to work with Klarna or clearpay.

Is this a more insidious scam?

Purchased a mirror on 30/12. On 10/1 I got notification it had been delivered only to find a small roll of tape posted in my mailbox.

I contacted the company using the websites webchat. My bank wanted to verify that I had asked for a refund and I had been blocked/refused etc etc. in the chat I was told I would receive a refund then send a screenshot of my purchase transaction and another transaction reporting that an attempted refund had ‘failed’.

I feel extremely stupid writing this out but it may be very important for others to avoid. When I clocked on the screenshot to make it bigger, the url changes to a Shopify URL. I’m not sure if that’s something to be weary of. When I noticed it today I thought of a possible scam and if the company is getting the details of customers to run some sort of cyber scam…?

I could be reaching but I’m definitely really concerned.

I recently ordered a mirror for my bedroom and overall it has been a positive addition to my space. the frame is well crafted and the size is just right for my need with a great quality glass. thanks for the great service and product.

If I could give zero stars I would. Sent a roll of tape like everyone else it seems. Don’t order from here. Going to have to get onto my banks fraud department. Can’t believe he’s not been arrested. Someone find where they live 😡🤬

SCAMMER!!!!!

Should be no stars !!! But unable to put less than 1. Today I received my 180cms x100cm mirror in the shape of a cheap roll of tape , better still the tracking says it was posted through the letterbox!! REALLY !! . Bank won’t refund , say it’s a registered business so can’t help ??? , have reported to action fraud .I have tried to call him but goes to voicemail, he has answered my email and has asked for my bank details so he can refund me , thanks mate , NOT LIKELY.Shut this SCAMMER DOWN !!!!!,

Scammers!!! They will NOT send you the mirror you ordered but instead they will send you a role of tape!! Shocking. Customer service number doesn’t work and goes straight to voicemail

It appears I have also fallen victim to this scammer. He's running a very convincing operation. Similar story as all the other one star reviews; I ordered a mirror, paid via Klarna, didn't suspect a thing as I received several interim emails about the status of my order and then yesterday received a small roll of tape in a bag. I've attempted to call the number on the website which doesn't ring but goes immediately to voicemail, have emailed, tried to use the web chat function on the website and messaged both their Instagram and Facebook accounts. Nothing. Not even a read receipt. I've raised the dispute with Klarna and with my bank and I'm hoping for a positive outcome but given the reviews below I'm not holding my breath.

Please be aware, if you have been scammed by this company, you must report it to Action For Fraud (via an online form). This is the only way that the police will investigate them and shut them down. I have submitted a form and the investigation is in process (but the more of us that do it, the more likely it will be shut down sooner).

Additionally, if you paid with Klarna please email them and let them know. If you paid with debit card your bank will refund you. Initially my bank said they wouldn't. If this happens, please ask to specifically speak to the fraud department as they are a lot more likely to understand and agree to a refund.

But please report to Action for Fraud so that the police can investigate it.

All the negative reviews are correct this is infact a scam company. Contact your bank, and they will help you claim your money back.
