Themixfader Avis 10

Good product, terrible app for Mac. No firmware updates. The Mix Fader gets diaconnected all the time. Sometimes it is impossible to work with it on a Mac as a Midi controller.

I wrote to their customer service. It has been a week now. No response from them.

I am really enjoying Mixfader and the customer support staff is terrific. I had a lot of problems with DHL in getting my Mixfader, but every step of the way Mixfader staff was there to me. I think this product is great for anyone who wants to learn how to scratch & cut. The tutorial videos on youtube a much added bonus.

Great company, people and customer service team to work with on a daily basis! I was impressed by there rapid response and very polite demeanor! I'd work with them again!

I ordered the Fader on Nov 12, 2016 and waited a week and still did not get a conformation number on the shipment. I emailed them about the order and it took them another 3 days to get back to me.

They sent me my tracking number on Nov 21, 2016 and I didn't realize it until days later that my order was being sent to the wrong person or they gave me the wrong tracking number. I live in California and the tracking number said it was going to Texas.

I've sent them another email and have yet to hear back from them. It has been almost 2 weeks since my order and if I hear back that my order was not sent out, I will definitely cancel and get a refund back!

They need to get back to questions much sooner and resolve concerns in a quick matter. The 2 days response times are ridiculous!

Backed this product from the start, it always was a great idea " mix anything, anywhere! "
What I can say, for me, the hardware+software combo synchronised well from the start, simple enough to get going but also plenty of depth & settings.
Builds good, feel's nice. All good!

I ordered one on 07/26/2016, when i ask when it will be shipped they replay:

All orders are fulfilled at our distribution center in Paris, France within 48 hours (subject to credit card clearance and stock availability)

When i ask if they maybe don't have them in stock i get:

Maybe they have a robot working at costumer support?

After another 48 hours i'm still waiting for them to send me one from one of their warehouses.

Update 10-8-2016

On 4-8-2016 i finally got a tracking nr from them but when checking on the DHL website the package is still in France so still no Mixfader :(
I wonder if they sent it to me or only got a shipping request from DHL and still didn't ship?

Contacted DHL and they tell me the shipment is not in their system yet so they still didn't send it to me. They advertise that they ship 48hours but that's bull! They also advertise it's build in France but i bed they are waiting a batch from China.

I have totally enjoyed the experience of funding the Mixfader project. The team are obviously driven and energetic while committed to furthering DJ culture. I'm passionate about that! I can't have my crates with me at all times, and know that fader work is key to staying in the cut. Now I can scratch at the office, in my basement, and not have to worry about my little kids getting their hands on my needles. I'm not a pro DJ, just a 40 year guy who grew up on hip hop, has been scratching for 20 years and will always love the culture. The Mixfader is a great way to keep the fun going well into the future.

The product is durable, the phone interface is snappy and realistic and the team has been nothing put positive and supportive.

Well done guys, really. Well done!

Love the idea but for me the device only worked the first time and I have messed with it for days and never gotten it to work again.
