Second time I've ordered from The electronics warehouse/ the mobiles warehouse.
Cannot fault them at all.
Both the smart watch and phone were in 'as new' condition.
Exactly as described.
Was a slight delay in delivery but i was informed why and kept updated.

Great company with fast service.

They offer Samsung products that are around half new price, ok they are customer returns to Samsung but they come in sealed boxes and are like new.

The only downside is they sell out so fast 🤪.

Whilst I like to be at the cutting edge of the latest technologies, I have realised that I am not getting much for money anymore by trading up each year. To be able to buy the lastest model at a fraction of the price of the newer models around the corner, in pretty much new/unused condition (e.g. open box) and know the device software will be supported for circa 6 years, as well as getting the majority of the manufacturer's warranty just makes sense. So I am very pleased with a number of recent purchases from Mobiles Warehouse .

Fantastic price paid, watch was perfect and in brand new condition. Ultra fast, secure delivery using reliable courier (DPD). Very pleased.

Purchased an open box Samsung S25 FE mobile. The description provided was accurate with no unwanted surprises and was delivered promptly. After using the phone for a week I am very happy with the purchase and would definately buy other products from this Company.

The phone was described as opened. It was new with all seals intact. Box might have have a very small indentation, but nothing of any concern. Fantastic phone, great service and price.
