I was really hesitant to try these…
I was really hesitant to try these instead of going through $4,000 clinic, but I am so glad I did! the sound is crystal clear. Truly amazing value.

Charging became part of bedtime
I've been using the reachargeable hearing aids for several weeks, and the easiest part has been the routuine. At night I wipe the earpieces, give the openings a quick brush and palce both units in the charging case beside my keys. The smaller ear tips felt better after two attmepts at fitting them. The case light is brighter than I would choose for a bedside table, so I keep it in the hallway. Inthe morning they are ready before I leave

The product works reasonably well, but the setup was a bit confusing. Overall, it’s okay but could be improved.

They are virtually invisible
They are virtually invisible, incredibly comfortable to all day wear, and sound clarity is amazing. Fantastic customer support and highly recommend!

Warranty Voided
UPDATE:
I was curious as to how suspiciously well my case was handled and my hearing aids were working fine for a few days, however the warranty was cancelled and my they have become dysfunctional. The customer support team has tried upselling me new ones instead of properly informing me of my warranty being voided due to the manual fix.

I was a bit skeptical buying these…
I was a bit skeptical buying these online, the clarity is incredible. set up took less then five minutes. battery lasts all day, and I can actually watch TV at a normal volume again.

I loved the hearing aids.
I loved the hearing aids. Nicely packaged and the delivery process took a short time. Their customer support responded quickly to all my follow up emails and I was satisfied with the whole process.

Good experience.
The hearing aids arrived in good state, they work as I expected. Just wasn't as comfortable with the packaging but this can improve I hope.
