A great product. The product came with everything you need from silicone watch protection for shock absorption to the little screw drivers. A full product. Plus it gives the Apple watch that luxury look and feel. Definitely satisfied.

The screws were very small and easily lost. I didn’t see any wrist pins, guess I’ll have to go to a jeweler. Rating could have been better if not for those issues.

I would to have loved to review your product, but I never received it. I was given the run around on why it wasn’t shipped for a month, I had to ask for a refund, with that even being an issue. I placed the order on Jan.21 and have been corresponding with a Clair, and I have the emails to back it up.

I've been trying to return the product for over a week and no one will get back to me. The watch face application is a scam. The faces pop on your screen for 10 seconds and then they are gone. I've seen numerous people complain about the same thing and I just wish I read the reviews prior to me buying it.

I ordered two titanium bands which ended up being slightly tight. One email to customer service allowed me to get some extra free links shipped out at no charge. When I received my parts I was pleasantly surprised that they sent me two extra links for one band and one complete band , how nice! I collect titanium bands and I have all the titanium that they currently offer. But I keep checking back for new designs. Great company!

I like it so much I bought another one!
I purchased the silver mod kit for my Apple i-watch series 9 and was surprised how perfect it fit the watch itself. Like their advertisements say, it turns a normal every day watch into what appears to be a very expensive time piece.
It only takes a few seconds to install. and is completely adjustable.
I loved it so much. I bought another one in gold which looks equally as fantastic. I recommend their products to anyone considering getting their Apple. I- watch a nice upgrade. I guarantee you won’t be sorry you did.
