What a wonderful service provided by Rachael ,that is despite the many difficulties she encountered navigating the remortgaging of our buy to let flat. What should have been a relatively straightforward remortgage turned out to be a very stressful and lengthy process for us. Rachael stuck with us championing our cause, renegotiating our mortgage terms as the interest rates dropped. She was able to do thus on two occasions consequently reducing our mortgage repayments.
