Steer clear of this company. States 24-hour support and easy refunds. I have sent five emails requesting the refund process and have not received a response. I am currently filing a complaint with my credit card to try to get my money refunded and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Also, the shoes' quality was highly disappointing. I ordered a pair of shoes advertised as over $100 and on sale for $69. When they arrived, they were in a plastic bag; the upper of the shoes was made from vinyl, and the soles were plastic. Cute online, awful in person!

This company is a scam. FIrst, it isn't a company in Colorado at all -- it's run in the Netherlands per their contact page. Second, they are shipping outfits that are NOT what was ordered and then ghosting buyers afterward. I have sent multiple emails asking for a refund or exchange -- no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

DONOT order from this company!!! I am trying to return a poor quality item and they will not respond to me. This is a total scam company! This item was shipped from China NOT Colorado. DO NOT order anything from them.

I was so excited when I saw the pant suit I had purchased and paid for from this company. I purchased to wear to a wedding this Saturday. It didn't arrive and I kept sending emails but kept getting response about shipping. Then I got this response that my order was delivered. The item was nothing like the item I ordered and no way to return. This company is a scam.

This company is fraudulent. I ordered shoes which came in a plain plastic bag, no box! These obviously had been shipped from overseas and came damaged smashed and totally unwearable. This company has not offered any solutions….no communication or apologies for the condition of the shoes. They have not tried to rectify anything and no discussion of my $74.95. I am having to go through the process of filing a dispute which can take a long time. Do not buy anything from this company. They will just leave you in the void!m

The coat I ordered was a little too small, so I emailed them to ask if I could exchange it for a bigger size. They replied pretty quickly and explained how to return it. I sent the coat back, and a few days later my new one arrived. The bigger size fits perfectly! The whole process was really simple, and the customer service was lovely. I'm very happy with my coat and would definitely order from them again!

I ordered an outfit that was very pretty and because it said The Mountain Ladies Colorado, I assumed I was purchasing from Colorado. I received my outfit, I ordered a 3X and got an outfit small enough to fit an XL. I have made several attempts to return this outfit and after reading their return policy I noticed I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES TO CHINA> And somewhere on there their phone number is in the Netherlands. I am appalled that the US would allow people like this to take advantage of honest person trying to buy something. I will not recommend your site to my friends; I will however make sure no one I know buys from you and that they spread the word that you really don't give a hoot about your customers. There went $70.00 down the drain! Lesson learned, buy from the USA only!!!

I purchased a jacket from this company believing that it was actually located in Colorado. Supposedly, the jacket was wearable through three seasons. While the jacket was in transit, I received multiple updates from customer service. When I got the jacket, I discovered that it was thin, poor quality and irregular sized. The jacket was so long and narrow at my hips that I couldn’t zip it up and wear it. I contacted customer service four times about returning the jacket and I have received no response.

Its been 3 days and you still have not shipped. Will not be ordering from you again.

My purchase arrived earlier than expected. The jacket looks just like the photo.
So far I am happy with the purchase.

This is a fake site.. I ordered a duster pant set and received a poor quality pant set completely different from the picture advertised on the site.

The oniy thing I would change is to add a sizing chart with the measurements for each size.
