The Mr Group Avis

The first time I used Scott was to buy my wife’s engagement ring. From start to finish Scott was super helpful and advised on the best type of diamond to get for my budget and then we went about choosing a setting based on styles I liked and metal choice etc. When it came to our wedding bands it was a no-brainer to use Scott again as he genuinely listens to what you want and works with you get it just right. We have also used Scott for a watch and another jewellery commission and have always been so happy with the results and Scott’s personal service.

Outstanding service & guidance. Professional and friendly. Literally couldn’t ask for more. Provided the perfect engagement ring.

I have used the Mr Group on multiple purchases , sensational service , personal touch and attention to detail every single time. Trust worthy and honesty are the root of what it’s built on and to be frank also got me a good deal too. Thank you to the team for their continued work. Regards Alex

I’ve known Scott for almost eight years now. He’s the only jeweller I use for my watches & jewellery.
Always a great friendly service and a very competitive price.

Would have no hesitation on recommending to anyone

I highly recommend the Mr group for any of your jewellery needs. Scott has amazing knowledge in all areas, from high end watches to beautiful diamonds. I look forward to purchasing from him again and again in the future.

Never do these reviews normally, but since I sourced several pieces through Mr Group, and had a great experience, I thought I should. Yes, competitive with pricing, which is table stakes stuff really. I was more impressed with the personal attention given to my request and needs, being super thoughtful, and advising me appropriately based on those needs. Don’t get that level of service from typical retailers.

Very professional set up - Scott has an in-depth knowledge of watches and is always very competitive on price - would recommend to all.

I have used The Mr Group for many years now and cannot speak highly enough of the the seamless service from start to finish. Their depth of knowledge and customer care was faultless. I will certainly be using them for all my watch, jewellery and art purchases for the foreseeable future.
