Customer service is corrupt

I ordered 2 kids cups and one adult cup. When I received my order there was only 1 kid cup and 1 adult cup. I let customer service know and asked if the other cup would be coming in a separate package. I was told that the cup I ordered, was not shipped because it was out of stock. I was given a choice of a refund or to choose another cup. And there was a list of 6 cups that were out of stock so as not to chose one of them. I chose a different cup. The next day I got an email saying " the kid cup from your order was shipped together in the same package as the other two cups, and that package was marked as delivered to your address." So they are saying I lied. I say " I'm not going to argue. They don't know what the heck they're doing and they can keep their dang cup and I'll write a review about me experience. Too bad they have a great produce but the customer service makes them look corrupt.

Horrible

Horrible, I ordered 3 mugs paid for them and the order still says pending. Contacting them only by email, plan on waiting for an answer. They send you a message saying that it’s being processed and will ship shortly. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Terrible taste from the straw

I wanted to upgrade my daughter’s “Honeybear”-bottle and got her one of these cups. She loves the designs but won’t drink out of it. I finally decided to take a sip myself to see what the problem was and there’s a pretty terrible taste coming from the cup (I assume it’s from the straw?). No matter how many times I’ve tried to clean it, the taste remains. I’m gonna see if I can find a different straw elsewhere to replace it but this is the first time I’ve come across such a bad taste. Neither of her other cups with similar straws have the same taste.
I think it’s worth noting that the cups are produced and shipped from China as well which on its own isn’t necessarily a bad thing but perhaps think twice before getting one. I wonder if the taste from the straw is some chemical leaking from it.

The cup handles break off

The cup handles break off. We bought 3 of these cups, all the handles broke off in about six months to a year. The website promises a lifetime warranty, but once you request to use the warranty, they never contact you again and you will never hear from them. Your cup will break and you will not get a replacement. Would not recemmend.

I ordered 2 cups on Feb 28th

I ordered 2 cups on Feb 28th. I received 1 cup on March 10th. I emailed help@the mumcrew asking when the 2nd cup would ship as it said waiting details. As of March 22nd I have sent 4 emails and have received zero response. The cup still says waiting on details. So, you still have the 2nd cup and my money. Either mail me the cup or refund my money. Terrible customer service!

i placed and paid for a order on the 2nd september 2025, i sent email weeks later saying no cup had been delivered, i received a email saying so sorry but this is out of stock and will contact you, i have heard nothing. i replied again and again with initial email sent and no response at all, so trading standards here we come, rubbish site and stolen my money

Ordered something 3 months ago

Ordered something 3 months ago. All I feel like I get from customer service is a robot talking back to me. It like I can't get in touch with an actual human who works for this company at all. Not a good look in my opinion, but hey what do I know about customer service oh wait 13 plus years in it.

Bad Company

The item I ordered was for 3 cups for 21.95. I only received one. Back and forth and back and forth with no promises ever kept. Finally requested refund, never got one! Don’t trust these people no matter how cute their products are!!

They don’t have inventory

Company selling inventory they don’t have. The site says 2-3 weeks for shipping, but when you inquire because they start harassing you with spam they’ll say up to five weeks.

Customer service = Boo

The refund policy says they have one - the customer service representative said I couldn't return mine because they didn't have a policy in place. They also said they would send a replacement for a straw and are now saying they can't. Cups are cool, company not so much.
