I have been to the store a couple of times now and the team are friendly, professional and yet still really down to earth and human. They know their stuff and are eager to help and if they say they are going to do something, they do it! No pushy sales and genuinely want to help.

Highly recommend the music cellar
Two weeks ago John quickly sorted out my flute, returned yesterday to purchase new guitar in part exchange for older one. Received superb help from staff who were knowledgeable , friendly and efficient. They listened to me and provided me with a superb guitar. I’m very happy to have found this shop. Thank you John, Jake and Jason.

Great, friendly and helpful service and advice
We recently bought a saxophone for my daughter. The staff were so friendly and very helpful. We bought the saxophone through school and the Music Cellar made the process very simple. The saxophone was delivered much more quickly than I expected.
I was also given good advice about insuring the instrument.
One very happy daughter and Mum!

Hi Adrian, thanks for your feedback. We send out non-courier items via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour delivery, using the email address provided in your order.
We've double checked to make sure, and we did provide an email address to Royal Mail for your order, so its possible they've either had a system outage, or the emails have been spam filtered by mistake. I can only apologise for this, as once its been handed over to them, it is outside of our control. All the best, and we hope to assist you again soon and earn that fifth star!
Very pleased with new mouthpiece
Very pleased with my DW2 tenor horn mouthpiece. Arrived fine although did not receive an email confirming purchase. I would be happy buying from the Music Cellar again.
