I wasn't sure what to expect as this was the first time I had used a cleaner, I was recommended by a friend who passed me on the details. I was more than happy with the service from Beatriz, she was extremely friendly, turned up on time and did such an amazing job. Would definitely book again!

Really impressed with the thoroughness and attention to detail my two lovely cleaners had. My house is a delight now and has that newly cleaned smell!
I should also note, I requested a clean with very little notice, but Tatiana was still able to find an able crew who arrived right on on time the next day. Would definitely recommend.

In general terms it was a normal cleaning, however, the result was not detailed. The air conditioning was not cleaned in the upper part (as detailed in the quote). The front glass of the kitchen had marks. The oven inside had marks. The bathroom had drops of water on the wall next to the sink. The carpet had traces of dust/dirt. The wall of the space where the refrigerator was was dirty with dust.
Despite that, what bothered me the most was not the above details but the lack of professionalism in customer service. The 2 people who came to clean made me leave my apartment because they didn't feel comfortable with me there. (To a certain extent I understand, however I was outside the apartment and they themselves told me that I could go in. Minutes later someone from the company called me to tell me to leave that the cleaners were anxious with me there). Of course, in order not to interfere with the work, I agreed to wait in another part of the building because the person who called me told me that they would notify me when the work was finished so that I could check it in front of the cleaners. However that did not happen. They NEVER called me to tell me anything. I waited for HOURS for that call. Several hours later it seemed strange to me that they had not finished and I called the manager MANY times to ask and she never answered me. Seeing so much delay I decided to go to the apartment and OH SURPRISE no one was there. They had left without my checking the work and they didn't even answer the phone. I really do not recommend this company.

I have never been so impressed by a cleaning service. Everything was cleaned, even inside the oven, microwave and my bins were emptied and wiped over. My bathroom didn’t even know it still had so much sparkle in it!

I’ve had cleaning services before that flick a feather duster at your surfaces. Hoover and mop around surfaces. This company didn’t leave any surface unclean!

I was so impressed I did send a text of thanks and gratitude. I have had a long term chronic back injury and having my house cleaned how I would have done it before my injury is priceless.

Very unsatisfactory management service.
They just did not show up on the day of the appointment and they left me hanging for about an hour before telling me that they will reschedule the appointment for the day after (thus, delaying my returning the keys to my property manager).
Would not recommend it to a friend.

Team arrived on time and did an excellent, thorough clean. Will definitely book again on a weekly basis and would recommend.

A team of three did a wonderful, thorough & professional job of cleaning my elderly friend's house in preparation for sale. The kitchen was left in a pristine condition - fridge, oven, drawers & cupboards cleaned thoroughly. Windows now sparkle & the carpet was steam cleaned. The staff were friendly & professional. Very happy with our first clean by Amanda from The New Black Cleaning company. She was on time, listened to all that I wanted done and completed that and more. I even came home to the end of the toilet rolls folded like a hotel but better. If this level of service continues I will be an extremely happy client.

I was extremely happy with Amanda. She was very thorough and fast for our 2 bed 1 bathroom clean. I've tried four other cleaners over 8 years and this was the best. Will definitely book again.

The hourly price might be higher than some others but the service is quicker, plus includes products so it's a competitive rate.

Promised a time and date, never showed up, eventually did a few days later, quoted a big price 400 dollars but as long as it was done I was happy and it was split between 3 people.
After completion she had added on 150 dollars for a window clean and picking up leaves on the balcony. At no point was this discussed and agreed to and the window clean was included in the written quote.
Tatiana said No that’s the price I won’t be changing it.
I hadn’t paid up front, I didn’t need a bond clean receipt to get my bond back as I knew the agent, therefore I could not be extorted by Tatiana, I replied amend invoice politely to every email, until she eventually found that I had received my bond and she would get nothing unless she did, she’s unprofessional rude chancer, the only thing she did do right was the actual cleaning if it was her or an underpaid immigrant don’t trust her or give her the chance.

I can't speak to the cleaning, because they never showed up. I booked online for a Thursday, only to be told that day wasn't really available, and I needed to do Tuesday. Monday night, I get a text saying they can't come Tuesday they need to reschedule for the next Tuesday. I ask what time and the following Monday they apologise for the delay and say they'll arrive at 12 on Tuesday. 12:50, I text to ask where they are and am told they're heading to my house now. at 1:55, I call and say I need to reschedule because I won't be letting people I've never met, and frankly don't currently trust, into my house unsupervised because I need to leave for a meeting at 2:30. The woman on the phone tells me I haven't been accommodating, which was quite comical to me. I chuckled and she told me I was laughing at her which was rude and she wouldn't come to clean my house - a cleaning she had already been paid for. 100% would not reccommend.
