This doppler is trash. I miscarried but for some reason the Doppler continue to read 110+ heart rate with gallop sound. When I reached out they refused to refund me. DO NOT PURCHASE

SCAM COMPANY!!! I received a defective doppler. I sent them proof and they confirmed it was defective. I requested my money back per their money back guarantee. They took 10 days to reply after I sent another follow up. They claimed our thread that we had been actively using ended up in spam. I again requested a refund and they told me the only way I can get a refund is if I pay for shipping and a special tracking. It was 10 dollars to ship back to them. If I don't get a email with a confirmation of refund TONIGHT I am doing a charge back.
This whole experiance has given me the WORST anxiety.
I tried to post a review direct to their website and they filter out one star reviews. SCAM ARTISTS.
I came here to say this store is a ripoff and see that so many others have said the same thing! I too left a review on their page and it wasn’t posted. I canceled my order 3 minutes after it was ordered and the representative told me I would be charged a “restocking” fee. Then they proceeded to tell me the product is processed immediately and refused to waive it. The 30 day money back guarantee is not a guarantee! Just say yourself some time and use a different brand.
I would give this less than 1 star if that was an option. The Doppler device never worked and had a loose connection where the cord plugged in. I also did not receive ultrasound gel. I contacted customer support to return since the website shows 30 day money back guarantee. The representative made it so difficult to return and never did provide a return address even though I requested it specifically. They do not honor their return policy. The newborn store is a scam! If you can't get a refund, try disputing the charge with your bank or credit card. It worked for me. I also left a negative review on thenewbornstore.com that has never been posted. I believe the seller blocks negative reviews and you only see the positive reviews on their website.
I have had nothing but issues with the Doppler I received. It says 30 day money back guarantee but make sure to read the fine print it is only if the device is defected. I have reached out to them and as soon as I sent them videos that my heart rate was 230 and I wanted a refund I haven’t heard back from them. I have reached out again and nothing. I have also left a bad review on their website (over a week ago) but it hasn’t been posted.
The doppler shows baby heart beat even when the probe attaches nothing. The customer service claims that is because the device is super sensitive, it detects any vibration and noise in the air. So, who knows the heart rate the device shows is correct?????
Don't trust the information from their website. I have two dopplers. The doppler from newbornstore obviously has stronger background noise, I can't even hear my own heartbeat.
Read their refund policy! It is so hard to issue the refund. The customer service asked me to provide a lot of evidences and video till I eventually gave up. The seller only wanted to approve the replacement instead of refund. I am already not satisficed with the product, why do I want a second one?
I wrote the negative review on their website but never be posted. I think the seller blocks or deletes all the negative reviews. That is why you can only see the positive reviews on the website.
The store is not listed on the BBB.org.. If something wrong with your order. You can't get the dispute resolution services from the government.
