We have had an excellent all-round experience with The New Door for a cost-effective refurbishment of our kitchen and utility rooms. Nigel is extremely pleasant to deal with being attentive, accommodating and responsive to the details of large jobs. Adam is an accomplished, multi-skilled fitter and also very amiable at all times. We were delighted with the overall results and it is refreshing to deal with a company that clearly prides itself on delivering such high standards of customer satisfaction.

An absolutely great experience, our new kitchen is fabulous, Adam who fitted the kitchen is quite simply the best tradesman we have ever had, it goes without saying that I would highly recommend the New Door Company.

Having used New Doors to refit our kitchen we naturally turned to them when we needed to refit our utility room and were just as pleased with the result as on the previous occasion.
Praise must go to Adam who was responsible for both jobs. He is both professional and a perfectionist. on this latest job he was joined by Tony who also did a great job. Nigel, as usual, helped plan the job and was always very helpful. We have recommended them to friends who have been delighted with the work and would have no hesitation in doing so again

Had such high hopes for this company especially down to the 5* reviews people had already given Unfortunately that was not our experience!

On first contact with Nigel couldn't fault him thought he was really good really helped us get the design of the kitchen we were looking for! Communication with him and molly was really good to begin with no probelm was to big or to small!

Unfortunately it all went wrong when they started to install our new kitchen. From parts missing, panels and doors damaged, poor fitting and bad communication. A 3-4 day job eventually got finished within 5 weeks! Even on the last day of it being finished there was still a panel that was damaged!

Overall a very stressful experience and to be told we were the ones who were stressful was very unprofessional to hear from a owner of the business and as a customer I didn't expect to have the phone hung up on my self when all I was trying to do was get the issues resolved from the companies errors!

However I would like to say a massive thank you to Tom though who was so helpful when he came to finish of the probelms we had he went above and beyond to get the kitchen finished for us!

I would honestly never recommend this company to anyone when choosing someone to spend your hard earned money with. I love the design of my kitchen just wish it wasnt fitted by this company.

The poor communication from the owners is infuriating and have no idea how to effectively communicate. Nigel the owner refusing to call me when I had an issue with something even though sending him emails requesting a call. Surely you just pick the phone up and call the customer??

Nothing but quality issues with damaged doors, missing items, things not ordered because Nigel forgets! Workmanship issues. The list goes on. Bodging bits hoping we wouldn’t find out, he would then contradict his fitters and say they have lied and shouldn’t of said it was finished.

Truly a very stressful and frustrating experience.

One positive was the guy who did our snag work the other day a called Tom who was excellent and went above and beyond for a company he isn’t employed by! But helping Nigel as he has got himself too busy and can’t deliver the service expected! If only Tom ran the whole company.

We cannot praise The New Door enough. Nigel and Molly kept us informed throughout. Our first meeting with Nigel was very helpful and he helped us with deciding on our doors ,sink,taps, worktops and handles without any sales pressure leaving all the decisions up to us but gave some good advise as well .We only had a short wait before work started and the 2 kitchen fitters were on time each day and polite and cleaned up after themselves and finished in the time schedule stated. Molly checked in with us on how everything was going on the first day and Nigel came on the second day to make sure we were happy with the finished kitchen .
We would highly recommend The New Door as it has given us the look of a new kitchen without the upheaval of having the whole kitchen ripped out and a very fair price too.

Absolutely brilliant service received from The New Door, from the first initial contact with Nigel to completion my kitchen has been given a complete new look with new work tops and colour match sink plus a pop of red colour with splash back behind gas hob. All the team worked so hard and were polite and professional. Thank you Beverley and Neville Martin

The initial contact was quick and on time followed by professional services both with the measurements, selection of doors available and timescale for fitting. The fitters arrived on time and on completion of the fitting left the kitchen clean and tidy.

We had our kitchen cupboard doors replaced by the New Door team. Such a great experience from start to finish. It looks like we have a new kitchen.
We selected white gloss handless doors, a great product for a reasonable price.
The fitters we employed by New Door giving me confidence the job would get completed.

A big thank you to Nigel Molly Andy & Tony for a job really well done. We are absolutely thrilled with the finished result. We had all the cupboard fronts changed the end panels replaced, 7 new Cupboards, a ceiling recirculating fan fitted Quartz worktops and new sink. All work included the plumbing and electrics. The whole process was completed in a week giving us a brand-new kitchen. Very professional and friendly from start to finish. I would recommend New Doors to anyone considering having a replacement kitchen or just replacing doors and panels. Nigel could not have been more helpful, a big thank you to you all Bob & Rita
