Mattress arrived a day later than expected but I was kept informed of this.
It is very heavy!
Left to expand and not a very deep mattress. The smell disappeared within a few hours.
The most important part is it is incredibly comfortable and neck pain has eased significantly
Excellent service from this small business. Was contacted by text offering help with my order and asking if I had any queries. Mattress arrived within a couple of days, exactly as promised. Be aware, it is heavy so get help to manoeuvre it into place. Expanded in the time promised and there was no nasty chemical smell which there can be with foam mattresses. First night spent on it last night and it’s excellent. Woke up with no aches or pains to the sound of the alarm!

Delivery was really quick and with great packaging. We left it less than 5 hours for it to ‘expand’ and was comfy from night one. Our previous version from JL took over 24 hours to expand and wasn’t nearly as comfortable. Have recommended to others already. Makes no sense to pay any more for a mattress with the quality/service from NoNameMattress. We have two more to replace and will be putting in another order soon
