While I can't fault the quality of the…
While I can't fault the quality of the bed. Your delivery service is appalling. I was reassured when I spoke to a girl at Oak beds that the bed would be delivered to my bedroom. The men delivering didnt even attempt this. The nearest they got was shoving the headboard through the front door into the hallway. He gave his phone to my son and asked him to take a photo of the landing. I suppose to show he had been upstairs which he hadnt. Then off they went. Iam 72 and don't expect to have to be lifting heavy furniture upstairs . Let this be a warning to anyone else thining of ordering from this firm. It's such a shame as I've said the quality of there goods is amazing.

Following your review, we contacted you directly to better understand what had happened. When we initially checked the delivery tracking, the shipment had been marked as successfully delivered to your bedroom, with a photograph provided as confirmation. As we hadn't received any communication from you regarding the delivery before your review, everything appeared to have been completed as agreed.
However, after speaking with you, we were extremely disappointed to learn that this was not the case. The delivery team had only brought the goods to your front door and had subsequently asked your son to carry the items upstairs and take a photograph on their behalf.
This is certainly not the level of service we arranged for you, nor is it the standard we expect from our delivery partners.
We have since raised your experience directly with our dedicated account manager at Furdeco, who is reviewing the matter internally and will be addressing it with the delivery team involved.
Furdeco handles thousands of deliveries on our behalf each year and has generally proven to be a reliable delivery partner. However, we fully appreciate that this offers little reassurance when your own experience has fallen short, and we would never want a customer to feel that they have been left to manage a delivery that should have been completed by the professionals entrusted to carry it out.
Once again, thank you for your lovely comments regarding the quality of our bed frames. We're genuinely sorry that the delivery service did not reflect the same standard, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
