I was introduced to Marshall of The One Solution through a network group he's a member of and I ordered a new iPhone 17 from him and the service i received was exemplary. I'd actually ordered one direct with Apple which Marshall said if that comes first then it's not a problem but he actually managed to get his hands on one faster than Apple could. He delivered it personally and I wouldn't and don't hesitate to recommend him and The One Solution highly enough!

The One Solution delivers once again! Simple, quick and dispels the myth about Grade A mobiles. We have now had half a dozen phones and they have all been fantastic. The one year guarantee gives you peace of mind and Marshall is always, without fail, on the end of the phone to help out if needed.
Quick and amazing service. Ordered last night at 6pm and arrived this morning at 9am. Can't fault the service provided and will 100% order from them again.

We have been using the One Solution for 15 years would and highly recommend Marshall and his team. The renewal process is very easy and they will suggest the best option for our needs at that time. However the biggest benefit is when we have an issue or problem with our account, we don't have to ring an O2 call centre, they just sort the issue out for us with minimal fuss.
