Great experience dealing with Seán and Elvis
Had Seán and Elvis install a Pergola and assemble Garden Furniture for me this morning, two of the most professional and nicer guys you could meet. They arrived on time and completed the work to a very high standard. They answered any questions I asked and showed me clearly how to operate the diffent parts of the pergola. The whole experience of dealing with Orchard was very good from Laura and Peter but especially Sean and Elvis I highly recommend 👌

On time, installed, excellent service
Sean and Elvis were excellent to deal with. Put together the garden furniture in 20 minutes, took all cardboard with them and no messing. Very pleasant experience overall, delighted with new furniture, thanks lads, great experience.

We were attended to in the shop by Denise. She is a excellent salesperson.
Delivery expected today between 10 and 12. It arrived shortly after 10. All packaging taken away. Couldn't fault these guys.

Everything was 100%, the delivery lads - Sean and Elvis could not have been more friendly and helpful, arrived on exact time and day as notified, brought the furniture it, unpacked and assembled legs where necessary, and even took away the large cardboard packaging for recycling. great service.

Pagoda Fit & Delivery of Outdoor Couch
We had a pagoda and outdoor couch fitted and delivered by Sean and Elvis this morning. The lads arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule bright eyed and bushy tailed ready to go. I had to head off to work so had a quick chat and left them to it. They left the place spotless and did an outstanding job. I’m never going to leave my garden now!! Thank you, such beautiful product and a fit well done.

Excellent customer service, both in store with Joanne and by email. great communication, prompt delivery and two very helpful delivery men put it together and removed all packaging. Highly recommend.
