The website is easy to use; the filters are helpful; adequate information on any wine on whose image one clicks is quickly displayed; the selection seems carefully curated; and the order process is simple and straightforward. Delivery of the order following its placement was rapid, only 3-4 days. I will definitely use the Organic Wine Store again.

Exceptional Customer Service
Owner of the store contacted me personally when he thought there was a fulfillment issue with my order. He offered the a free bottle of wine in replacement of the order shortage. The order arrived a day early and everything was in excellent condition. Definitely would purchase from this store again.

Great service and enjoyed the wide selection of wines. Haven't had a bunch of organic prior to this but the Chianti totally made me a convert!

I had place my order on April 2nd, but did not receive the wine until April 6. For some reason the shipping was delayed a day from what was initially declared, which landed my delivery date on a very hot day. I'm not sure if it was that, or improper storage of the wine, but the box did arrive hot, and the bottles noticeably hot to the touch after a full day of sitting in a delivery truck (wine wasn't delivered til 6pm) - but the wine is definitely maderized to some degree. I'm very familiar with this vintage and purchased from The Organic Wine Store because the shop I usually buy from was out of stock. Very noticeable difference due to "cooked" qualities.

Dear Aaron, it does happen sometimes with wine that a bottle arrives not in the perfect way it is meant to be. It happens sometimes at restaurants as well!
Although we can argue that in this occasion UPS is at fault surely more than us, -because we keep wine in a refrigerated warehouse and controlled humidity,- in the rare occasion it happens that a product arrives not in a perfect shape, we are happy to find a solution together with the client who contacts us through the website customer service contacts. As you can see by our reviews (ALL 5-stars! before yours) we are proud of our outstanding customer service. We will contact you privately at your email address to make also your experience with us a memorable one.
Update: The customer never replied to our emails.

I live overseas and ordered some wine for my family in NY to enjoy during their holiday celebration. Michele was amazing at helping me sort out some delivery issues even going above and beyond anything I could have expected. I imagine the wine will be as amazing as the customer service!!!
