Overall, very good service. Review a personal statement for graduate school twice. Provided very helpful feedback to help strengthen statement. Overall, my experience was quite positive. My only critique would be that the editors seem to have a background in medicine or the sciences, which made it challenging when I submitted documents related to management and IT. The editor was unfamiliar with some basic terminology in these fields, which wasn't ideal. However, aside from this, everything else was excellent.

The quick response & thorough feedback honestly was the best thing! I had not completed my research, but I needed direction & guidance on continuing the research and I absolutely felt more confident with what I was doing.
