10 business days now since return and no refund
It has been 10 business days now since I returned my product, cost £3.99. I was promised a refund as I informed you within the 30 days. The product burnt my husband under his eye and left a scar. I then was unable to retunr the product as you purposely do not give a returns address unless again prompted. This is known as sharp practice by a business. £60 still owing. My husband has not had his christmas present yet. Poor all round so far, do the right thing here please.

Received My Perfect Eyes yesterday and applied it immediately. I was quite sceptical about eye serums before this but I was blown away by this product. It really works. I could feel my bags tightening and tingling and it lasted until I washed my face last night. Beyond grateful and happy 🙏🏻

I have used my perfect eyes for quite a while now, the bags under my eyes aren’t bad, but I still don’t feel dressed unless I have my perfect eyes on. The serum works within a matter of seconds and makes my eyes look so more alive. I LOVE THIS STUFF.

This cream has ruined my mom’s eyes
This cream has ruined my mom’s eyes. It has damaged her eyes. She is so upset, trying to complain, but no one answers. She said it was like rubbing sand onto your skin. When she took the cream off the eyes have swollen, even after five weeks, her eyes are still puffy and she looks like she has aged 10 years. We will be taking this further as this product has 100% ruined the delicate skin under her eyes. My mother is heart broken.

I’m really disappointed with your product.
I watch your videos several times before applying, did everything as mentioned but it doesn’t give the look as described. It slightly reduces the eye bags though. The biggest issue among all is when applied makeup (after 5 minutes when it set, I tried using 2 different powder based - non oily as you say) but both times it leave white patches under my eyes which looks obvious. Waste of money!

Bought for my husband for xmas
Bought for my husband for xmas. Xmas day slightly ruined as an application of the my perfect eyes just caused a white stripe under ewch eye, and worse than that, he felt a burning sensation. The serum left the skin inflamed, tender and an actual burn like scar. Contacted the company for a refund. Was told yes fine was within 30 days. BUT no address for returns is published. I am waiting for this company to send me an address so I can return. Faulty product, not fit for purpose. Sharp practice not publically making returns information available. Shocked and disappointed. Husband got no xmas present, injured and I am out of pocket to the tune of £60. Not happy.

My daughter bought me a birthday present of my perfect eyes a couple of years ago. I really liked it so when I saw it advertised again I immediately bought some myself. Dark circles
I have used My Perfect Eyes for many years now. My problem is dark circles. I found that instead of using concealers, powders, etc., I could easily save time by applying My Perfect Eyes. It smoothes, tightens and lifts in one step. It was greatly noticed by my friends at Christmas. Thank you to all.

Gets rid of bags but can't wear make up, company now illegally keeping my details.
It definitely works, but only with no moisturiser and no concealer containing moisturising ingredients. I have dark circles as well as bags so unfortunately this is no good for me, at my age I really need moisturise skin too or it looks awful.
Regarding the company, I have now asked them twice to delete all my personal information from their database and yet I'm still being bombarded by text messages. When I used the chat function on their website and told them to stop messaging me and included my phone number, assuming they'd deleted my email, I promptly received an email saying they'd get back to me. Clearly they are keeping hold of my details when I've instructed them not to.
