ZARA and ELISA. two fantastic sales staff.....wasn't really going to buy anything but after the ladies give me a few samples of different products...well I bought.

I went to the Outlet Store in Banbridge in NI - normally I go to Rushmere in Craigavon- very disappointed in the customer service - felt rushed and unappreciated by the server - not advised that my blue light card was not applicable instore and didn’t even get wrapping service on two very expensive men’s perfumes - I felt the server couldn’t wait to get rid of me - I’m going back to Boots - recently in and discovered they have flash sales in perfumes - Armagh - the staff were nicer too
Sorry the perfume shop - I won’t be back - I spent a lot of money with you in the past and I felt undervalued as a customer

Staff at Banbridge Boulavard were very helpful, polite and professional. They didn't stock the item I was after, but got it ordered and delivered to our door. I should say they only sell this item online - I hadn't noticed that. Would definitely recommend this store.

I was served by an amazing young man who was so enthusiastic and had perfect communication skills. I was looking for Miss Dior and he explained that they dont stock it instore but he could order it and it would be deluvered to my door. He took his time with my other purchases and was friendly throughout my journey in this wonderful store.

My experience today at the Banbridge perfume shop was amazing! I was helped by two lovely staff members (Jay and Molly) who helped me find the perfect scent.

First the ladies in the shop were more than helpful. They made the transaction so easy.

Firstly the staff made us feel very welcome. Especially mentioning to us about the offer and being patient with us as we decided our perfumes. David & ilze made our experience much better. Really rate them! Thank you so much!
