Fabulous service.
I received a sample of perfume.and I loved it.found out the perfume shop sold it.
So last week I went to the shop.had a long chat with the assistant.and I had to order it.thats o.k. so ordered it.paid for it.and waited a couple of days and it arrived.no damaged packaging.
And I love the perfume.
Think I've found my new favourite perfume.
But thanks perfume shop 10/10 for everything.
Even had a chat with another customer.

Staff member was rude asked to smell…
Staff member was rude asked to smell fragrances for my friends wedding perfume. Turned around to me and said unless we know what we want to smell not to bother her as she was busy. Will not be returning and ruined my friends experience. Ginger lady with short hair.

Good staff in interaction at the Basildon perfume shop.
I bought a few perfumes for me and my wife. There was one that wasn’t in stock but the staff had it ordered and delivered in a few days. Good service all round.
